I recently had an experience with Three Network that left me quite frustrated. Unfortunately, I have to say that their service is lacking in several areas. First and foremost, the management seems to be ineffective, which reflects poorly on their overall operations.
One of the most annoying aspects is how they consistently discharge additional charges on top of your bill without proper explanation. It feels like they are always trying to upsell you on various services, which can be overwhelming and disheartening.
Moreover, the app they provide is quite unreliable. Whenever I attempt to check my bills, I often encounter issues that make it difficult to access the information I need. This lack of functionality in their app only adds to the overall frustration of dealing with Three Network.
In summary, my experience with Three has been very disappointing due to poor management, unexpected charges, and a subpar app. I would recommend exploring other options if you're looking for a reliable network provider.
