Karam Is A Star
Karam went over and above in helping. Previously credit blacklisted it was no surprise when my application was declined. Karam willingly told me he would appeal the decision. I suffer with significant mental health and he doesn’t realise how invaluable his help was and I was accepted. Customer service at its finest, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Do you even want my business?!
The attitude of the person who came to help me was not acceptable at all. He barely spoke a word, didnt look my way once nor make any eye contact with me. It felt very dismissive. I never got his name but it was the man who used way too much wax on his side burns. The whole exchange felt very short and uncomfortable and he made me feel small.
