Excellent customer service! We were having a problem with our WiFi and took the unit to the 3Store in Harrogate where our problem was sorted within a short time by a very friendly and efficient young gentleman called Macdonald. He was understanding and sorted out our problem with a new and modern WiFi Hub.

Easy peasy!
Brodey and his manager Justin were really helpful and made everything very easy to understand when we came in enquiring switching over my wife’s contract with EE. Brodey explained everything clearly, was very patient with our questions and found us an excellent deal. He also went to the trouble of offering to transfer all of the data to the new device which made things so simple!
