Great staff, poor product!
The staff in particular Kelly were very helpful indeed. She tried to work out why the 5G hub was not connecting to my phone. After changing the sim she brought a new hub which did connect to my phone. However the password became the next problem as it didn’t work. She called customer service to whom I spoke. They decided to send out a new hub to my address which I hope works! Third time lucky!
I spent over 2 hours in the Grantham store. The staff were very good. The 3G hub & password were the problem. It’s ridiculous really to discover the problem with your hardware! Is it reasonable that as a customer I had to be so inconvenienced? I would like to make a complaint about the 5G hub itself.
