Wow what can we say we went to Gloucester store and have had first class service from Will and Ian. They are truly professional and are a credit to your company. So grateful to them. We are in our 70s and they made it so easy for us to understand. Thanks to both of them.

Mariam was absolutely great
Mariam was absolutely great, very helpful, very friendly and offered some great advice which has saved me money. Mariam is still in training but has been the best customer adviser that I have dealt with in all the years that I have been with 3!
