The '3' customer advisor, Josh, in Bangor NI that I dealt with to set up my new contract was outstanding; very helpful, very knowledgeable, very honest, and able to advise me on contracts that will be available for 3x members of my family to transfer over to from the money grabbers that are O2!
I'm moving my mobile signal provider to '3' from O2 due to the unacceptable additional mid-contract price rise.
I've been an O2 customer for 27 years! But I'm not prepared to be treated with such contempt that O2 have displayed towards a longstanding and loyal customer.
So, it is with some degree of relief that I've hopefully found a mobile signal provider that is prepared to put their customers before profit!
Let's see!
To that end, at the moment, I'm happy to recommend '3' on the basis of my experiences so far.

Been coming to three for years now and holly is my go to. She always helps me out whenever needed and is always honest and transparent as well as constantly helping me learn about my devices.nothing is too much hassle. The other staff are always happy to help also. Would highly recommend
