I purchased two items as a first-time customer of T&S, and was immediately utterly enamoured with them. They fit so beautifully, felt comfortable and stretchy (not restrictive) and made me feel amazing. The mesh on one item ripped when quite new and so I reached out to the company and they were SO good- they immediately responded and shipped me out a new item. Will 100% be buying a lot more.

After seeing some negative reviews on here, I wanted to note my very positive experience with this company. I have been ordering from Thistle and Spire for several years now, and, while their pieces are pricier, I have typically found them to be high quality. For example, the mesh and lace are usually very sturdy, and I haven’t had the same problems that some report with loose threads or uneven stitching. Recently, my package was lost or stolen, and LaChere with customer service had a new order shipped to me within two days. I’ve also seen their size inclusivity improve as the business has grown. Their size charts are accurate, and they design most bras to be adjustable to fit people with a range of cup:band size ratios. They do charge a fee for refunds, but the policy is transparent. Besides, fees like that help to reduce fast fashion and emissions waste, so I can’t be too upset.

For a brand claiming to be "luxury" Thistle and Spire gives a very subpar experience.

I requested to cancel my order on October 20, but didn’t receive a response until October 22 — after it had already shipped. The return process was confusing, and the store credit policy for sale items wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. On top of that, customer service repeatedly addressed me by the wrong name, despite multiple corrections. Offering a discount code after all this felt dismissive. I won’t be shopping with Thistle and Spire again.

I’m reviewing here because they’ve yet to post my honest reviews on their website. Thistle and Spire makes “beautiful looking” pieces. As I long time client, I decided I wanted my next shoot to be all T&S, as I love their backstory and unique designs. However, the quality and craftsmanship has greatly declined. At first I thought it was a one time thing, so I contacted them. They assured me this was a single faulty item and gave me 20% off. So, I ordered 8 more items with high hopes. Every single item had visibly bad stitching and loose threads. The underwires were sewn in crooked, and the lace is very scratchy. The corset had uneven lines throughout. I’m more disappointed than anything. They were my all time favorite until now. They used to be high quality. I genuinely hope they fix these issues. If quality and comfort isn’t important to you, you’ll still look and feel sexy! On the brighter side, they have excellent customer service! But, they need to allow ALL reviews from verified purchasers on their website; not just the ones they approve.

Had an urgent shipping issue. It’s impossible to get in touch with a person to fix. Can’t correct with fedex on my own, and customer service email is a bad AI prompt. Never going to get my package and wasted 100+ on one of the worst customer service experiences in my life.

I ordered a few items at considerable cost. One item did not fit, and the website said to email them if you are in the UK and want to return something. I did email them and got no reply. I don't know if I used the right email address as it doesn't stipulate where to send to. I feel that they are deliberately opaque so you can't return items.

I made a purchase from the UK, didn’t receive the order. Tracking wouldn’t update. I reached out to customer services at the time and received no response. However, I have since received a full refund and issues with courier companies do happen. Customer service were quick to make things right

I decided to splurge on the medusa bodysuit - I was a little concerned as I had seen the two star review here and a Reddit thread that was a little mixed too but I went ahead anyway!
I ordered the XS (I'm pretty short at 5'2" and body suits are often too long and look a bit rubbish - but not this one!!!) And it fit perfectly!
The quality and construction is great and if I'm honest I would say the photos on the site don't do it justice - even though it looks awesome there. I'm a huge fan and would definitely get other products from Thistle and Spire....in fact I'm already eyeing up the oxblood version!

Advertising products they don’t have.
I saw the advert of a product, I went to buy it on the website but when I couldn’t find it, I emailed them.
Their answer was “ once fashion color sell out we don’t bring them back”.
So don’t advertise them.

Delighted with my purchases and the service from this female owned and run company. I have ordered twice now from Thistle & Spire and am really pleased to have found this brand. I am pleased to support a female led independent business and they have not disappointed. The lingerie is well made and available in a good range of sizes and colours and they use a wide range of models on their website to show garments on women of various sizes, shapes and skin tones. I took the time to check reviews as well as study their sizing chart as I wanted to get the right fit especially as they are not UK based, and am pleased to say the fit was spot on. Each of the multiple items in my order came beautifully presented, wrapped carefully in black tissue paper, smaller items boxed, and complete with black net bag to be used for laundry or storage. The care and attention to detail were really refreshing and much appreciated.
My items on both occasions were shipped using Fed-Ex and arrived quickly (actually faster than orders from companies dispatching from the UK). The first order arrived on the stated date and the second was delayed by one day, but this was during the busy pre-Christmas period and Fed-Ex gave accurate update info. I would have no reservations about recommending this brand and I will certainly order from them again in the future. For anyone who is looking for well designed, well made lingerie and is tired of all the large internet run companies that care about profit and not quality, give this company a go.
