I ordered a watch last Sunday in plenty of time for my husbands birthday on the Tuesday, and 7 days later, I'm still waiting for it. When I contacted The Watch Giant, they informed me that the watch was out of stock and that I should have had an e-mail to inform me of this situation. No e-mail was sent to me. Had I been informed about the watch being out of stock, I would have ordered it elsewhere in time for hubby's birthday. To say I am disappointed with the service I have received so far is putting it mildly.

First I hesitated to order a watch from a webshop. But I did. And I'm not disappointed at all. Excellent service, quick response on mail. I'm residing in the Netherlands and the watch was delivered on time. Also the prices are very good. The same watch is in the Netherlands much more expensive. I can recommend this shop!

Very good Prices!, i saved quite abit on here than i would in a high street.

I bought myself a watch from this comany, the price was nothing compared to the price at a high street jewellers. I have read nightmares about people getting stung with fake watches and since I got this watch at a considerably cheaper price I happened to pass a well respected jewellers in the Trafford Center, and I had them look at it for me, and they confirmed it was the real mccoy :)) Just goes to show you how much high street shops want to rip you off!

After purchasing an Armani watch locally in Edinburgh, for my sons birthday. I came home and had a look on the internet for same watch. I found it at Watchgiant, exactly the same watch with same product code. Next morning I returned watch to local store, got my money back Then went on line at 12.30 and ordered the watch from Watchgiant, for £70 cheaper, yes £70 cheaper. The watch was then delivered to my house next morning at 10.00am . I repeat this was all done within 2 days and I saved a massive £70 on just this one item. After ordering the watch on line from Watchgiant, I sent an email to them at 4.00pm to enquire if it was being despatched, I received a reply back within 15 minutes, informing me it had been despatched and should be with me next morning. It was duly delivered next morning. Sorry to repeat myself, but service was excellent and helpful, with the great added bonus of saving me £70. Superb
