HELLO HELLO PLANTS - No thank you - deceptive stocklist. AVOID ORDERING ONLINE
So why can you order things online, fill your cart at checkout & go all the way to makeing payment when you don't have the stock?
Seems like the sort of business that spends money on advertising at the expense of hiring sufficient staff & providing adequate customer service. (Look at the negative reviews on Google Reviews & Product Review to see what I mean)
I wanted several Eucalyptus forestiana (fuschia gum) which is shown on the HELLO HELLO PLANTS & GARDEN SUPPLIES website as "available" in a variety of pot sizes, so I called them on Sunday to confirm they have them in stock. The person couldn't confirm, but said someone would call me back. No one ever did. (You'll notice that's a common theme running through review websites comments sections).
On Monday I called again and a different person said the same thing, although, unlike the 1st person, they were good enough to send an SMS an hour later asking me to confirm the species I wanted. I didn't see that text until hours later, unfortunately, since I had already arrived at the nursery to look around for myself.
The website shows that they have 3 different pot sizes of this plant in stock - but upon arriving at the nursery they had none & the person at the front desk had a look at his computer & said that they cannot order any in.
After reading many comments in Google Reviews and Product Review it looks like I dodged a lot of headaches & stress dealing with an incompetent business that doesn't even know what stock it has.
