I was expecting a Digital 3D print for the price i paid for not an Iron on cheap transfer, I could have made my own. very disappointed.

Quick turnaround and the uploaded image came out really well. You never know with images even when maxing out the filesize, but it was a good result.

I was very impressed with the service from Jordan. He made it very easy to order a high viz vest with font for work. His communication and professionalism throughout was great and I highly recommend. There was a mistake in the order and he quickly rectified it and threw in a free t shirt as a way of apology. There was even a packet of sweets attached in with the order after I mentioned that I would be doing the school pick up before collection. Nice touch!

I ordered two t-shirts on Monday for an event starting on Thursday. I went with The T-Shirt Man because it advertised "Next day T Shirt Printing". To ensure I received my t-shirts by Wednesday at the latest I also paid £11.95 for "24hr Express Delivery".
Sadly nothing seemed to happen with my t-shirts until I chased them on Wednesday and received this response: "Being printed now and will be with you tomorrow". This was at 14:51 on Wednesday when the initial "next day printing" order was made at 14:39 on Monday. Clearly "next day printing" had been forgotten. I said that I needed the T-shirts in the morning as I was leaving for my event at midday. Pre-midday delivery was promised with DHL. I then waited until 3pm on Thursday but had no information from DHL other than it was delayed. Not knowing how long the delay was going to be I accepted that I would have to do without the t-shirts at my event and left for Wales. The t-shirts were eventually delivered at 4pm on Thursday.
I received an email at 8am on Tuesday apologising and offering to refund the express delivery charge.
The event is now passed and we had no t-shirts.
Not a great experience working with a company that promised speeds it could not deliver. Be careful if you are trying to turn things around quickly. In my experience, T Shirt Man are not the company for you.

Very easy process with fantastic support and assistance. They exceeded my expectations with the quality of the print and the very personal service and delivery. Their pricing is also very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending the T Shirt Man to anyone wanting excellent and reliable service.
