Next day custom t shirts arrived - brilliant service!
I rang on the Friday morning for custom t shirts that needed to arrive for an event by Sunday. After the call, an invoice was sent and paid, quantity and address was confirmed, and on Saturday afternoon, the t shirts arrived! A brilliant product/service and would recommend to anyone, will definitely be using again.

Bad experience - use another company!
I bought 2 custom t-shirts off TheTshirtMan. When they came, the image was much smaller on the t-shirt than the one I made and it looked very different to the mock-up on the website. I got in touch with them about it, and from start to finish the customer service was very poor. The emails were poorly written, with just a couple of sentences written (no Dear... X or email signature in any way - it seemed like a child wrote it). They initially didn't want to refund me and then started ignoring my emails, I had to chase them several times. They then finally agreed to refund me but would not refund the postage costs even though the items were not as described/ faulty (which by law they have to do). They are now ignoring my emails again. I said I want to make a complaint - it was ignored. I think I am going to have to escalate it to Trading Standards and my bank to get the money back. I would never use this company again.
Edit: The response by TheTshirtMan is a complete lie. I sent many, many emails to them trying to sort this, I never refused to send the T-shirts back I was waiting for them to agree to refund postage costs first, and they only agreed to refund in full including postage costs when I emailed them TWICE more reminding them of the law and then stating I would escalate it to Trading Standards. And my initial email to them provided pictures of the mock up AND the t-shirts which were printed wrong (which I then sent a few more times to them) - so it is an absolute lie that I did not provide evidence they were done wrong. The lies continue with this company.

Customer ordered 2 custom t-shirts with an uploaded design.
Both garments were printed with a 30cm front print – our standard size for A3 prints unless specified otherwise.
The order was completed and dispatched the same day, arriving on time.
✅ Correct Product Supplied:
The artwork was printed exactly as provided by the customer.
No errors or faults were identified in the print process.
Mock-ups shown online are for illustrative purposes and sizing can vary depending on garment size and proportions.
🔄 Resolution Offered:
Upon receiving feedback that the print appeared smaller than expected, we offered to reprint both garments with an XL-sized print at no extra cost.
The customer declined the replacement garments.
📦 Return Refused by Customer:
As per standard policy, we requested the original garments to be returned before issuing a refund to ensure they had not been worn.
The customer refused to return the items.
💷 Full Refund Issued:
Despite not receiving the garments back, we chose to refund the customer in full, including postage, as a gesture of goodwill.
No evidence was provided that the garments were faulty or not as described.
📬 Customer Service Conducted via Email:
All emails were responded to.
We acknowledge that tone and formatting could be improved and we are working to refine our customer service approach.
🤝 Summary:
TheTShirtMan fulfilled the order as requested, responded to concerns, offered a free replacement, and refunded the full amount without return – going beyond standard policy.
As a small independent business, we do our best to accommodate all customers fairly, but we also ask for fairness in return.

I could not believe how quickly the T shirts were made up and dispatched to us. Great quality product delivered at lightning speed, very impressive.

Unbelievable service from Jordan! We were let down by Royal Mail and had no T-shirts for our charity Event on Saturday. In desperation I tried Thetshirtman and within 4 hours they had processed the order from start to finish and I was able to collect our shirts!! Really saved the day, great quality product and price as well. Absolute Legend!!

Knaresborough Bed race for charity
It's always unknown what kind of result you will get with t-shirt printing, but these were top notch quality from a printing perspective and the garments were also really good. Jordan and team turned them around in super fast time and the delivery was spot on too. High five.

Always happy with the speed and quality of our prints! The best thing about working with this company is how quick Jordan is at replying and helping out. Excellent service - I sent a very short notice T-shirt print request to be delivered the following day (Christmas Eve!!) - Jordan at The T-Shirt Man went out of his way to ensure the order was complete and dispatched on time!! It arrived on Christmas Eve and was great quality!

Shop closed
There was no service at all lol. The website was meant to have a note saying that they were closed, but was not on there. This incurs wasted time. Refund received (+1 star), but left with a bad impression. Would advise to phone up the shop before ordering to confirm if they are open.
