Went to have a new rim mounted with the tire that was being dismounted. After taking my truck to the back, I was told the bearings where bad and needed replaced. I just put a rear end on the truck a few weeks before. I know the bearings are fine. Asked for them to change the rim out and I would take it back tomorrow when the bearings come in. Was told we will do it all tomorrow. The truck was already up in the air why not do what I came in there for? I had no intension on coming back. I found another place to swap the rim and while telling him which wheel it was, I see there is a Eagle tire on the rim. I had 4 Continental tires before I went there now, I have 3 and one Eagle. They claim that they didn't swap the tire, but they were the only ones who worked on it. Not only were they trying scam me for work I did not need they also stole my tire and gave me a junk tire with broken steel belts.

Today I took my 2014 Forester Subaru in for an oil change. However, Corey Ford came to me and held a tire slug in his hand and said that they had broken it off. Then he said, if I would go and pick one up they would replace this for free.
My question is why should I go and find a replacement when they broke it off.
I will never return to this store for service.

This place is a rip-off. I took my wife's car in for an oil change. They told me I needed new front rotors and pads. I reluctantly agreed. They were not going to flush the brake fluid or work on the rear brakes. The rotors alone cost 350.00! You can buy 2 brand new, high quality rotors across the street at Advanced Auto Parts for $80.00. When you have taken the brake pads off, it only takes a minute to remove the rotor and replace it. A $40.00 oil change turned into more than $589.84 charge!

This problem occurred at the Rochester, NY branch on Monroe Ave. on 5/11/24

- I brought in my car for service, a 2023 Tesla MY, on 5/11/24 to replace 4 snow tires.
- The 4 regular tires were in the back seat when I dropped it off.
- On picking it up, two of the snow tires were on the rear seat, and the other 2 were in rear seat floor well, wedged tightly between the rear seat and front seats
- Also, one of the wheel covers was broken and wouldn't stay on
- When removing the tires from the rear floor well, the brackets holding driver's side seat back snapped, causing it to fall off shortly thereafter
- I returned to Tirechoice to resolve or be reimbursed for the damages.
- They said it would have to go to Corporate and that it takes a long time for resolution
- I left the broken wheel cover with them and was told that the Manager, Dale, would call me and follow through with my request for reimbursement. He never did and in trying to reach him, calling at the times I was told to, he was never there and never returned my calls.
- Since other employees said it would help if I sent Dale an email detailing the total cost of damages ($628.33). I did so on 5/18/24. He never responded.
- I waited patiently for any response, which also never came.
- I kept calling, trying to reach him, but as before, he was never in when I was told he would be there, and he never returned my calls.
- I was finally able to reach him on 8/21/23 and he said he was meeting with regional manager the next day and would bring it up, which made it obvious he'd never done ANYTHING
- I re-sent him the email, and he told me when he would be in next so I could find out what happened.
- He was never there at those times, so I stopped in at Tirechoice on 8/21/24, he wasn't there, and in talking with an employee, found out that he was rarely EVER there.
- I left him written a note that if I didn't hear from him, I was going to report this to the BBB and on Trustpilot.com
- I've still not heard from him over 2 weeks later. Hence this complaint.
