Noticed a seemingly "too good to be true" price on an HP Probook 440 G7 laptop, which I thought would make a great pressie for my pal's birthday and msjd to confirm details...Ben couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried! I bought a 2022 laptop in 2023 it looks like brand-new and it works like brand-new. It had a fresh install of windows 11 with all the updates and was at a bargain price saving me hundreds of pounds. I bought a laptop from tech outlet. It was in exact condition as specified. But it was not charging. I texted them through chat wizard, they acknowledged charger with incorrect wattage somehow got sent so they immediately sent the right charger the same day. Been using it for a month now no issues. You're covered with 1 year warranty. Customer service spot on. What more do you want? I highly recommend buying from techoutlet

You should start using grading system to describe the condition of the product. I did not expect so many scratches on all the surfaces of the laptop I bought.
