I ordered some gloves and then realised I had chosen the wrong size. I sent an email explaining the mistake and got a prompt reply from a real human saying it had been changed. They arrived correctly and promptly - very impressed.

MG Chemicals 408C renue
MG Chemicals 408C renue arrived here without any safety instructions or how to use the product. I contacted the supplier and downloaded pages of information (costly paper and ink!). I applied the product as instructed and very disappointed with no result. Expensive waste of time and money!
Update: Following a fast response to the above from Harry, I have received full refund and a promise that the supplier will try to find a more suitable product to renew a vintage rubber mat. Top marks to Harry for resolving my complaint.

Tyler Cowen for the WINNNNNN
I have been dealing with Tyler Cowen from the safety supply for a few months now. I do regular orders with him and due to the industry that we are in it can be very last min and a lot. Tyler has delivered outstanding services every time. He is very patient and professional with me when it comes to ordering and always is willing to assist. I also love how I always get a follow up email after getting my delivery to see if I am happy with it. He honestly is amazing .
