Scam. Took the money, Never sent the product. Wont return emails or calls.

I engaged The Review Guys expecting a professional marketing service based on how it is advertised.

After payment, communication stopped and my attempts to resolve the issue directly were not responded to. I was left with no option but to escalate the matter through a PayPal dispute in order to get a response.

The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would advise others to proceed with caution.

total scam. avoid... there's no customer service centre and no one is responding to our calls.

My order has arrived but not linked to my business you have asked me to send you my business information via a note with the product which i have done to your emails with no reply from you so the product is useless until this is done i have tried all means to communicate with you without success ie; Emails with no answer, phone calls with no answer, messages with no answer and face book messages with no answer?

this business is a scam, you will not receive your order. Do not buy from them

I purchases a review card from them, it arrived damaged in the post, emailed them twice to get a replacement, and no response. Wish I saw this feedback before i purchased one!

Bought three cards around a year ago and they’ve stopped working. Staff were being helpfu until they realized they’d need to replace them. It’s been crickets for days and I’m so disappointed in this business. They offer a 2 year warranty on the review plates but I’ve been ghosted (hence my review) Don’t waste your money. What a huge let down and waste of money.

They advertise same say dispatch if orders placed before 2pm.
I placed my order #5545 on the evening of the 30th of April and paid for express post. Today is now the 5th of May ( 3 biz days later ) and it has not been dispatched. They falsely claim they are same day dispatch, they're not even same week dispatch.

I have emailed 3 times across 3 days for an update but no rely as yet....

The card doesn't actually work....useless company. Ironic that you can't even look up their google review.

Totally pointless bought 3 cards for $100, and let me tell you the cards don't work on all phones and are embarrassing when you are try to get customers to give you a review and the thing won't work, your better just sending a text link to there phone, and it doesn't cost you $100, Absolute rip off, don't waste your money there worth about $5 a card.
