I was struggling with fatigue the week before my first marathon and the recovery club were able to sort out a pair of MYO compression boots for me on the day I contacted them. The boots were vital in getting me ready for the race and also have been amazing for recovery post race. I will definitely be hiring them again for heavy training camps or big races.

I had a grade 1 MCL tear a few weeks ago, so I went to the recovery club to hire one of their Dr. Active ice compression machines. The service was amazing, it was dropped off on my doorstep at a time of my choosing, the instructions were very easy to follow and it helped me get back to my feet playing rugby within 2 weeks. Swelling and redness went down to virtually none within 48 hours, and it really helped with the pain and stiffness. I would 100% reccommend, and will be using it again in the future.
