They are simply scammers!!
I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this company.
They took an electric wheelchair for repair approximately FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS AGO and still have not returned it.
Throughout this time, we have repeatedly been given misleading information and promised return dates that have not been honoured. Communication has been appalling — messages go unanswered, no proper or any documentation has been provided, and after more than four months we are still without the wheelchair.
At this point, the continued retention of someone else’s valuable property, combined with repeated broken promises and lack of proper communication, is extremely concerning. The matter is now serious enough that we are considering reporting it formally and pursuing all available legal remedies to recover the wheelchair.
This is completely unacceptable, particularly when the item in question is essential mobility equipment.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company under any circumstances.

Good afternoon marta, I’m sorry to hear of your experience- unfortunately you have left the review on the wrong company.
Our company is a rental service offering mobility rentals cross European holiday destinations and certainly don’t have your wheelchair.
We would really appreciate if you could remove this review as it has a huge negative impact on our business and the review is not for our company.
