Ordered pair of Lacoste shoes. Received an e-mail telling me when the delivery was coming and giving options if I wasn't going to be in. I opted for delivery to neighbour and it all went smoothly. Product arrived promptly and was as described on the website. All in all a great service.

I order designer clothes on a regular basis and TheMensWearSite, in my opinion, offer the best service around. They offer a wide selection of products under most of my favourite designers including Hugo Boss, Armani Jeans and Versace and unless it is an item in the sale you are looking for all sizes are usually available.
There is also the added bonus for frequent shoppers that you get a £10 gift card every time you spend £100 on the website, I have benefited from this myself on numerous occasions, on my last purchase they even sent me a card for 10% off my next order which was a nice touch.
I also cannot fault the delivery service that they provide, most websites you have to spend at least £100 (on non-sale items) to be considered for free delivery, and this is often not next day. With TheMensWearSite you get free delivery on any order over £40 (including sale items) and the delivery is always next day as described.
It really is an exceptionally well run business, they only reason I am sometimes forced to use other websites is because they do not offer all brands that I like and lack; Vivienne Westwood and Moncler which are two of my personal favourites, but this is only a minor fault and aside from this they are a million miles ahead of the service provided by every other designer clothes shop I have used online.

Ordered shirt on Sunday delivered Tuesday. Advised of 1 hour delivery slot on Tuesday. Interlink Express made delivery as promised.

Bought a top and was supposed to arrive next working day but still hasnt arrived 10 days later,apparently lost in transit,even though i had a text message saying would be delivered that day.Phoned to see what the problem was had a bad line and said they would email me details of conversation,4 days later and still no email.
