This company presents itself due its the name as if it might be UK business, but it is actually based in the Netherlands and becomes clear when you see the pricing in Euro. I purchased two items that were shown as in stock and was advised they would ship within a week; however, delivery took almost a month.

Given the high price, I was expecting better quality. In particular, the DD paddle feels very flimsy for what was paid.

To make matters worse, I later received a very high import duty and tax invoice, which was not anticipated or made clear at the time of purchase.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I would not use this company again

It took a while but I understand that you produce each order after order. The quality is still the best!

Right so I had in possession an
M. Campbell Medium Lochgelly taswe , I love it it was perfect the weight had great tud to it .
Unfortunately I lost it 😕 so i decided to order another I heard good things about London tanners.
Long story short the Lochgelly I received is very light not near the same weight of Medium M Campbell taswe.
Honestly just disappointed in it .

We have ordered several times from The London Tanners for their outstanding product. However, we were very disappointed when our last order came almost a month later from ordering and were charged for the product not being in the UK!! It is LONDON we are in and The London Tanners is not in LONDON! We were quite disappointed to find this out and unfortunately will have to think twice in ordering from your company again (even with us being a regular client). Originally we ordered most of the product to be delivered to the US or ordered from the US to go to London, so thought this was the reason for the charges.

I placed my first order in July 2022 and right away with the first delivery I was with no doubt convinced by the outstanding quality of these handcrafted products for my and others‘ disciplinary needs. Since then I accumulated 10 orders with a couple of starter sets comprising of the beautiful Reformatory Paddle -Ouch!- and DD Strap in both tints, a few French Martinet Whips also in both tints, the DD Spanking Tawse, my third Horsehair Flogger...

Four days ago I placed my overall 11th order for the second Canadian Prison Strap! Yet I didn’t have the chance to sense or experience this according to another review very intimidating object to behold but I trust Nick well that these again will be fine pieces of artisan production.

Well, as the gentle reader of this review already might have guessed almost all of these implements were given away to my favorite professional disciplinarians and what can I say? They just love‘em all! They appreciate the superb craftsmanship visible and palpable both to those who give and those who receive. All items are truly „made with care and attention for the perfect piece“ as taken from their description to which I fully agree. Nick pays so much attention to detail - you can see (and feel) the absolute pride he takes in his work.

I ordered the Grandma Slipper Paddle. It arrived with a flaw in the stitching that looks like a knot. Instead of cutting the stitching out and starting over, it appears that the craftsman burned it to try to get the waxed thread to lay flatter. It created a bump large enough to leave a mark.

I sent a photo of it to a friend who also owns some London Tanners implements. He was shocked that this made it past the quality control department. He said, "That is not a small flaw, and London Tanners should be embarrassed to have their stamp on that."

This was my fourth implement purchased from this company, and it will probably be my last. For the price I paid, I should not have to settle for a flawed paddle that cannot be used on one side.

Update: I was contacted by Nick, who has agreed to send me a replacement paddle. I hope to be able to change this to a positive review. I have been happy with my previous purchases from this company and have recommended them heartily in the past.

I have bought spanking implements from multiple vendors over the years. Nothing I ever came across is in the same ballpark - TLT implements are in a category of their own. Incredible craftsmanship, world-class customer support, speedy delivery - it couldn't get any better than this!

The TLT implements became an instant favorite of my domme - there's no session without them. As a bottom, I adore them too - the impact/sound they make is outstanding. We are playing pretty hard, it's normal for my domme to damage or even break implements from other vendors. I don't see how that would happen to TLT implements ever - they are sturdy and pretty sure that they'll last a lifetime.

Long story short - if you are a spanking aficionado, you MUST have TLT implements in your arsenal. Don't let the relatively high prices deter you - given their quality, they are more than worth it.

I have bought numerous products from this company. I bought my first London Tanners product in 2018 and I have bought many since then.

The company gives quick and helpful responses to customer enquiries. Shipping is quick, accurate, and timely. The shipping cost to the US (by FedEx) is cheaper than almost any other seller of comparable products.

The products are absolutely first class. They are well made, well finished, top grade leather, and they seem to last forever. I am still getting great satisfaction from the first item I bought nearly five years ago. To use an old phrase, I would say that London Tanners products are the Rolls Royce in their class, the very best.
