I had the best experience with the logo boutique. I opened my businesses a while ago but never had a real logo. When I decided to start marketing my business first thing I needed was a logo... I know I am not easy to please and I need to thank Kelly and her crew for all the patience, effort and for all the good work. I called several times and they were always there to talk to me. Designers created several samples to choose from and once I picked one we went back and forth with changes and they were always very helpful. The end result could not be better... I am happy with the logo and I am currently working on my website. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again for sure

This Company is truly amazing,
I gave them a very rough hand drawn design of what I was looking for, within a day they produce exactly what I wanted but even better than I had hoped for. I was very skeptical at first because they were so cheap but they produced a Champagne product for a Lemonade price.

The initial concepts were quick but every subsequent revision was nearly 2 days and I had to keep bugging them to turn it around for me. As other reviewers have stated, the designs are not very imaginative and you end up doing a lot of the work yourself. I had to take their concepts into photoshop and tweak them just to get them good enough to show my client. I was very clear in my instructions that only Google Fonts were to be used, they did not follow my instruction. Throughout the whole process they seemed to pick and choose what feedback they wanted to hear, and several revision rounds they did not do at all what I had asked for -- only took up more time with bad designs I didn't ask for. I would NOT recommend based on poor listening skills and slow turnaround times.

That said, I was very happy with the people there, who seem to understand that intangible 'thing' that you can't articulate, and more importantly, I was very happy with their work product. In fact, after they finished the designed the logo, I thought I would go ahead and let them design my biz cards and was even more amazed with that work product as well.
