Excellent customer service, amazing drinks, and fair pricing!

Usually my orders came in a timely manner and intact. I love the product and have ordered many times

I love it that you don't play around. And you get the order out in time you answer promptly to the emails. I also had just tried the frogs spit .

Amazing teas. Fell in love with first sip. The changed formula is just not right. I have tried to figure out how to describe it... The 11g packets were amazing. You took a sip and that flavor stayed in your mouth afterwards as the same flavor. The ice would melt through the day and the flavor barely changed. Still bold and delicious. The 7g packets are sooo disappointing. Not only do you have to use a LOT less water to get the same flavor, it also doesn't keep the flavor. As soon as the ice starts to melt at all it tastes extremely watered down. I feel the worst part is the taste. You taste the flavor during the sip. Then after that its just a weird not so delicious after taste. The flavor doesnt stay. I dont know how else to describe it. Since the switch, I've only boughten the ones that haven't changed. I am hoping the old formula comes back. The flavor was just unbeatable. Thats why we have spent so much money on the loaded teas. The best flavor you could find. I really hope it comes back.
I do honestly wish the shipping was better. I wish it was faster shipping with neater packaging. I love the way they come, but the last order looked like they were crumbled up in someone's hand and just shoved in the bag. Honestly, for the amazing 11g tea flavor I'd happily deal with slower shipping and crumbled up packages. The quality and flavor of the product is the absolute biggest thing keeping me here and I hope to love this tea for years and years to come!

I just wanted to say how amazing these teas are and the flavors are 1000x better than any other caffeinated drinks I've tried. I specifically love the Paradise Mango. I can't get enough and I am always looking forward to my morning drink and I have an afternoon pick-me-up and I don't feel bad about it because it doesn't have all the junk other energy drinks has.
Their customer service is superb! I can message them and get a response within an hour!

I really enjoy both the caffeine and non- caffeine drinks. It is so helpful to get me to drink my water. It also helps with my sweet tooth cravings. I have the caffeine ones before noon then I switch to the non caffeine ones so I can sleep at night. I got daughter and her friends drinking them too.

Customer service was initially good. But, due to all the complaints they don’t respond like they should. They take forever if they do respond they don’t have a phone number to contact,, just email, which makes it so much harder to speak to someone and get issues resolved. Product was initially good, but they changed it so not good, but they keep sending out the smaller product. They ship it in an envelope, that’s padded, but are switching to boxes apparently, but, they are still shoving into a small bag with more packets then the bag holds, resulting in poor product quality every order I get broken, packets, sticky product, or pamphlets, I get no stickers, which apparently are supposed to come in every order. Mix everywhere and hard packets. Missing packets or they just send what they have and don’t care what you ordered. No response is now what I am getting. Now. The product tastes good from what I have tried. But the way they have handled things with me is very poor. I will NOT be recommending the loaded tea shop to anyone, because of this. They took away my affiliate link and code, and snowball account. And I had money sitting in there. Just very very poor business. Very poor. Not only all of that. They can’t keep anything in stock. And haven’t had caffine free products for a very long time. Bad company, poor customer service. Poor way of treating disabled customers.

The Loaded Tea Shop has changed my lifestyle so much for the better. I’m drinking so much more water everyday now. The flavours are so tasty. I have not come across one I have not liked. I have reordered 3 times in the last 2 months. The Loaded Teas have helped me stop my addiction to expensive refresher drinks I was buying everyday. Now I’m saving money, getting my daily water and multiple vitamins in take in and enjoying every sip because every flavour tastes so darn good. I highly recommend.

I noticed the package was going to my old address and had to reroute my order. Ashley helped me get the problem fixed within 24 hours of me emailing! I also suffer from major fatigue due to a past injury. Some days I cant even get motivated to get out of bed. Loaded Tea not only gets me the motivation to get moving but also the energy to stay moving all day. No crash either! My favorite is Cherry Bomb...so far lol!

Love these teas! The flavors are wonderful. I like that i can adjust the flavor if I want by adding more water or less for a bolder taste. I try to drink 64 Oz or more a day, and with these teas, I hit my intake everyday and more! Thank you for a wonderful product! Customer Service is amazing! They reply quickly and are very nice!

These teas changed my life, I’m so addicted and it’s a healthy habit

I love The Loaded Tea Shop. It has made drinking water easier and knowing it has vitamins and good ingredients is the biggest thing for me. Customer Service has always been great. The only negative thing is that the previous loaded legends like watermelon rock candy and the strawberry banana smoothie sold out before a lot of people got to try them. Also with the Strawberry Reserve only being a Costco drop when some people (like me) doesn’t even have a Costco in their town.

I love it so much, it makes me so happy when I know I have a order on the way, the best customer service and have never had a issue with any order, I’m hooked for life, thank you for caring and listening to your customers ❤️❤️

There was a time I'd be nervous about contacting a company if something was wrong, well let me tell you about an experience I just had with The Loaded Tea Shop. I placed an order for the mystery pack with caffeine, I got caffeine free. I emailed they sent me a new pack. Again I got 19 cotton candy and 1 lollipop. I emailed again and I was offered to keep all i had received so far but choose 5 kinds I want to try. The customer service is above and beyond. I've been ordering for a year. And definitely will be keep ordering. Thank you The Loaded Tea Shop for taking the time to make it correct. Mel

First time purchaser - My tea is currently in transit, however I have tried the flavours I have ordered and I absolutely love them! Being from Canada it’s harder to get these delicious flavours, however I’m excited for them. The time from ordering to shipping has been great and I look forward to my order and future orders.

The Loaded Tea Shop teas have helped me get my daily intake up so much. I get vitamins I wouldn’t normally get daily. They taste great, good for you, so it’s a win win!! I tell everyone about theses teas and all their benefits. You just can’t go wrong. Everyday I post my “Drink of the Day!” on my fb page and my friends always message or comment with questions. I always have some and always let them try a drink. Then they go buy some. It’s great! Just love this company!

I love this company, they have the BEST customer service I've ever seen. They are quick to respond with any questions you may have and delivery of teas are super fast! Loaded Teas are the best thing ever! I have completely cut down on sodas from 2 a day to maybe 1 or 2 total on the weekend. I feel better and get that boost of energy that keeps me going without the crash. I just really LOVE this product and recommend it to everyone! Try it! Give it a week and you'll notice the difference. I am a FOREVER customer. ❤️
