The very 1st Loaded Tea I tried I was hooked!! I have tried several loaded tea companies & I don't think any of them compare to The Loaded Tea Shop teas. Their customer service is excellent & quick to respond also.

I have ordered several times & loved all the flavors. The one time I reached out to customer service, the reply was very fast and the issue was resolved very quickly. I have and will continue to order from this company as I am HOOKED!

I was slightly upset that I placed my second order in website instead of TIKTOK, my coworker received 5 orders before I received my and she placed hers after me. I responded to my emails quickly. They very friendly and I will continue buying these. The flavors are great!!!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I had some flavors missing. I emailed Loaded tea shop and their response was quick and extremely accommodating. Not only did they ask for my input in how to remedy the mistake they truly cared about my experience as a customer. They quickly sent my missing teas as well a three extra for the inconvenience. I love this company. I will remain a faithful customer. And their teas are amazing my whole family is in on them! Great source of energy and I’ve noticed that my sweet tooth has been curved so I’m dropping pounds! Love, love, love them! I hope they stay around forever.

I received my package from Loaded Tea Shop! I tried the 7.5 Nat Nat in 40 Oz of water and ice. I was awesome! I will be buying more.

OMG I really dislike drinking water playing these loaded teas are amazing. They are the best thing I don’t use the whole packet because it’s too sweet so I can literally get 3 32 ounce containers of water with ice with one packet because I like my sweetness light and there’s no sugar being a diabetic and trying to find a really good products for flavor . I love how Customer Service is on point I had an issue and they resolved it right away. I tell you this is the best thing and they always have discounts. They always have codes so you can get free teas I highly highly recommend getting these. I absolutely love them.

I just wanted to say; I usually hate water additives but y’all’s Loaded Teas are not only delicious but the only `sweet’ drink that hasn’t upset my gut since I had three feet of my intestinal tract removed.
I now have everyone in my family ordering them some too! Keep up the good work!

TheLoadedTea Shop has the best customer service of any place I’ve ever shopped. They truly stand behind their product and go out of their way to make sure customers are happy.
Now, about their products…. I’ve always known that I need to drink water all day but wasn’t all that excited about plain water. I tried numerous options before finding TLTS. I now drink an 64 ounces per day and another 40 throughout the night. The fact that there are vitamins in the drinks is a huge bonus. I find myself snacking less because I’m not hungry as much.
I’ll be a customer for the foreseeable future!!

Love this company. Whenever anything has been wrong like I got a different flavor than I ordered, they were prompt to respond and fix the problem, not only fix it they go above and beyond and give extras whether it be teas or a discount code, they ALWAYS make it right. The loaded Tea shop is a daily part of my routine and I have placed many orders with them!! I Loved their products and never had any issues until recently!! I am not a fan of the new formulas they are using and I reached out to customer service with my concerns. The way they handled it went above and beyond my expectations and I will remain a customer for life because of this!! They truly care about their customers and making sure we love the products they represent!! Companies like this are few and far between, thank you for being amazing!!

Every flavor is better than the next. I just wish I could get a hold of watermelon rock candy.

I was pretty skeptical at first, but after I got my first order in and tried a couple of them I was amazed I love them. They were great for me and the 32 ounces mug for all day. Thought maybe they were a little sweet at first, but I just added a little bit more water and ice into my taste and amazing and I’m still ordering. I love them. I have quite a few more. I wanna try and I already have my favorites. The rocket pop, the strawberry lemonade, the mermaid, and several others oh and the Bob Marley and Bahama mama you can’t go wrong. I hope this helps with other people that are skeptical and wanting to try if you don’t try you’re missing out enjoy.

This company goes above and beyond for customer service. I love their loaded teas and the health benefits they have brought to me. They have gone through some growing pains but truly listen to customers and work hard to keep them happy.
