I absolutely love them! The loaded teas are always fresh & flavorful..The customer service is always friendly and welcoming, whether is a email or social media ..which makes it even better. I tell EVERYONE about them because when I find something good, I’m putting everybody on!KEEP GOIN STRONG..let GOD be the center

I placed an order and there were a few flavors out of stock. No biggie. Then when I asked a few questions about the order because I was confused on something , they were so quick to get back to me, very thorough and kind. On top of that, they went above and beyond and sent a few free teas in other popular flavors, just for any inconvenience and for my own confusion on something. I will most definitely keep doing business with them. Plus, the teas are yummy and healthy. Win win.

I have had a great experience from the first time ordering, to becoming an affiliate, to getting help with orders that are damged etc. The one thing I wish would be updated is, as an affiliate, I wish that we could see who places an order with us. That way we can personally reach out and be sure they are happy with the product and if they have any issues…and personally thank them as well…so that hopefully they would keep coming back to order. Not hearing from a person that you ordered from may make them think that we don’t care that they ordered from us and then not order again. Or they may not reach out if something was wrong. My experience today, I received my package with damaged packages. I emailed and received response almost immediately as a way to fix it. Quick response and very helpful!

I was offered a Loaded Tea from a friend when she noticed I always had a Red Bull in my hand and was still struggling to get thru the day. I was very skeptical but I tried it. I haven’t had an energy drink since that day. I have ordered several times and I am addicted to The Loaded Tea Shop! No more crashes in the evenings from coming down off of the energy drinks and I don’t feel tired all of the time. The teas are healthier, they are cheaper and they aren’t carbonated which is a bonus for me because I have stomach issues. I am so thankful that I found this company. Also.. I want to say they have amazing customer service. I couldn’t be happier to recommend a company to anyone. Give them a try and see for yourself.

I love The Loaded Tea Shop! All the teas I’ve tried have been great! The new ones that have protein & collagen added are amazing. I physically feel better after switching from coffee every morning to these teas, and they are definitely better on my wallet. Also their customer service is top-notch!

I recently tried Loaded Tea Shop and really enjoyed the product! The Strawberry Lemonade was my favorite so far, soni placed a second order. Unfortunately it was marked delivered but I did not receive it. I reached out not very hopeful that it would go anywhere, but they truly went above and beyond! Not only are they resending the order, they are including 3 additional packets and a discount code for a future order! Wow!!! Truly fantastic customer service when they could have done like many other companies and done nothing at all, cause honestly it really isnt on them for the carrier misplacing my package. Will be a customer for life! Thank you to the CS team at Loaded Tea Shop! The only loaded tea for me 😍

The customer service is extraordinary. I had a slight issue with my order and I reached out and within 30-45 minutes they had responded and taken great care of me. As for the tea itself, it's absolutely amazing I absolutely love it. Since I have started drinking it I have completely cut out all Red bulls, sodas and coffee. I have way more energy and definitely can tell it helps me focus more while I'm working.

Loaded tea shop has the best customer service. Within 30 min from me receiving my order and opening it and realizing one of my teas had busted open during shipping they had not only replied to my email but had a replacement tea on the way!!! I cant wait to try them!!!!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I had some flavors missing. I emailed Loaded tea shop and their response was quick and extremely accommodating. Not only did they ask for my input in how to remedy the mistake they truly cared about my experience as a customer. They quickly sent my missing teas as well a three extra for the inconvenience. I love this company. I will remain a faithful customer. And their teas are amazing my whole family is in on them! Great source of energy and I’ve noticed that my sweet tooth has been curved so I’m dropping pounds! Love, love, love them! I hope they stay around forever.

I received my package from Loaded Tea Shop! I tried the 7.5 Nat Nat in 40 Oz of water and ice. I was awesome! I will be buying more.

OMG I really dislike drinking water playing these loaded teas are amazing. They are the best thing I don’t use the whole packet because it’s too sweet so I can literally get 3 32 ounce containers of water with ice with one packet because I like my sweetness light and there’s no sugar being a diabetic and trying to find a really good products for flavor . I love how Customer Service is on point I had an issue and they resolved it right away. I tell you this is the best thing and they always have discounts. They always have codes so you can get free teas I highly highly recommend getting these. I absolutely love them.
