First of all let me say I love ❤️ my deezy lasted for over a year with heavy use until it got dropped while hot big bummer anyway thank you for honoring your lifetime warranty. You guys have a great team and wonderful product. Don't change a thing. The Kind Pen is my #1 for vaporizers

I The kind pen is the best battery for the vape cart that I have seen. I wouldn’t heat up the oil, I would just press the button five times and then press the button and hold it in during every hit that you take. Heating up the oil? I think you go through it faster and I just don’t think it’s needed. Then the battery lasts a lot longer and so does the oil

I bought 3 of the micro-usb variable voltage vape pens, all same model, just diff colors. They do NOT come with any chargers. My microusb charger fits in ONE of the vape pens, but not the other two. How is that even possible? Also, can't tell for sure when pen is charged. Their website is ridiculously slow and frustrating. I do NOT recommend.

New user of The Kind Pen, and I must say I'm rather impressed. Started out with the HerbFlow as an entry point and so far the experience has been great. The unit is solidly built and heats quickly. The unit does get a little warm to the touch but that is to be expected. Also the battery life is short, so not recommended for heavy users. Or just buy two and save your battery life lol.

Kindpen is the best in everyway from quality of devices, to customer service, lifetime warranty, and effectiveness of devices themselves. I have been with kindpen since the first one dropped over a decade ago and have only used kindpen devices since. I have never used or bought any other vaporizer and do not plan to. That is how effective kindpen are. I have leaned towards the truva, deezy, OG jamz, and the high key for carts. Kindpen is the only way to go.

I purchased the Lobi and could not wait. When I got this thing it worked for about 3 days and then contacted support and it took them one week to get back to me. They then sent me another atomizer which took two weeks to get when I got it it almost lit my lungs on fire. Then they tell me they can't return the product because it was used however it was defective which makes no sense to me. They then send me an RMA with no shipping label to send back. I have to go in and pay to send this back to these idiots and then they won't even credit me the shipping they say they don't do that. I hate you more than I ever did before and do yourself a favor DONT BUY FROM THESE JUNKSTERS. BUT A FOCUS V - NOW THAT'S A REAL COMPANY!

I’ve been a Kind Pen customer for several years and keep coming back because of the great products and outstanding service whenever I’ve needed. I have not bought a pen/battery from anyone else since I started using them because they are that good. I’ve recommended them to several buds as well, who’ve been equally happy. I’ve had to utilize the lifetime warranty a couple times (probably because I dropped too many times….shhh). But no questions asked. Yes you pay a FAIR shipping fee but considering it’s typically a couple years later, it’s a no brainer.

I own quite a few of their products and will continue to buy more. I highly recommend the Bullet 2.0 as a great all around device and every piece of their glass that I own truly does not disappoint.

the thing gets too hot and you can't touch it. It also needs to be charged after every 2-3 uses...
I don't waste my time trying to use it because it just get too damned hot to hold.

I've bought 2 Deezy's, 2 Breezy's and 1 Mist 2.0 (under Debbi Belvill). All have worked wonderfully, and I've had the Deezy's for at least 3 years. We had a problem with one Breezy and it was replaced, no questions asked. The replacement is working as it should. Bottom line - you won't regret buying from Kind Pen. (My Date of experience is just a guess for one of the Breezy's. I don't remember the exact date of purchase.)

I’ve owned a Deezy for several months now and I can truly say that it’s one of the easiest I have ever owned fill it turn it on and in a few seconds it’s ready to go.
It comes with a magnetic cover that stays in place even in your pocket.

Awesome customer service and would come back buying new pieces.

Reliable dependable is what TKP stands for. Even though they offer lifetime warranty I haven’t needed it Bullet 2.0 over a year and the list goes on. Bought the new 6” bong and love it, with the resin catch design and the stem going to the bottom it’s a ripper Thanks TKP
