Great product and excellent customer service
I ordered my Dell monitor from the IT Bay for a number of reasons. Primarily because of the level of detail in their listing; which answered all my questions, and secondly because the headline price displayed on my internet search included delivery. Unlike the vast majority of other retailers.
Furthermore I placed my order well after close of business on a Thursday evening, and the monitor was delivered early afternoon on the Saturday by DPD. It was well packaged in an outer carton that was filled with appropriate filling to protect the contents within, yet a number of the other retailers were happy to inform that should I order from them the monitor would arrive in the manufacturers original packaging. I’m not sure I’d want my new Dell monitor going through the delivery process both advertising its contents and susceptible to damage in transit.
As for the monitor itself, it has exceeded all of my expectations, and impressed a friend sufficiently that he intends to buy two! Suffice to say I have sent him a link to the IT Bay.

Poor service and not the warranty type that is advertised.
Not very impressed overall. Bought a Lenovo X1 Fold, there are issues with speakers and with the screen. Advertised as 3 years on site Lenovo premier warranty but Lenovo said this is not the case. This is Depot warranty (their listings clearly state on site which is a difference maker.
I have spoken to Lenovo who have provided a DOA form to send over. When ask to send back for a replacement they advise that the stock belongs to a different supplier and therefore they cannot replace with the same item. This is although they are advertising 200 in stock.
Not a very pleasant transaction and disappointed with being miss-sold to and little support to put right.

Hi William, we're truly sorry we weren't able to offer a better remedial option for you on this particular occasion. Lenovo don't offer any form of on-site support option for this product and we can't replace the unit from stock either. Our product descriptions are supplied by a third party provider and based on your feedback we've now taken action to remedy the content which potentially suggests the warranty is on-site. The X1 Fold is of course covered by a Lenovo return to depot warranty and as such you are entitled to send it back for repair (either directly or via ourselves).

First impressions are very promising!
After spending ages trying to find laptops with windows 11 Pro with no success for some strange reason, I came across IT Bay and found exactly what I was looking for and at a price that was comparable with the competition.
At first I was a bit unsure as it seems like IT Bay is a new company with not a lot of reviews, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised!
I ordered three Lenovo laptops, all of which were delivered next day and packaged well, security seals intact and undamaged.
I was emailed the invoice without asking, which is great because I need it for our company records.
I will be doing a lot more business with this company in the future.

I had little confidence in using the internet to purchase a decent tablet, especially from a company I`ve never heard of. I messaged them and asked if they could supply me with the item I required and get it to me inside 48 hours. They came back and gave me the assurance I needed and could not have been more helpful. I placed the order before 5 pm and it arrived between 8 and 9 pm the following day, as promised. Well packed up and exactly what I wanted inside.It`s an Xmas present, so I haven`t used it yet but it professionally packed, as expected. Well Done ITBAY....From a pensioner in Fife, Scotland.
