Bright and cheerful ...
Good service, well packaged on arrival. The quality of the ceramic is less than I expected. The plates are quite lightweight and the design of the sheep questionable! Having purchased many of this ceramic pottery in the past in Italy and elsewhere, I was a bit disappointed to be honest in the quality. But they are bright and cheerful and remind me of Italy....

Non arrival
The item was dispatched to the delivery company but did not arrive. This has never happened before with this delivery company who I have used many times before.

We're very sorry to hear your order did not arrive with you, Andy, we completely appreciate how disappointing this is. We aim for our courier to provide a thorough delivery service so when this isn't carried out we aim to rectify issues as quickly as possible.
From taking a look into this, I can see you have spoken to our Customer Care team who, as we unfortunately had no further stock available to send a replacement, promptly organised a refund for the order and shipping fees and this should be arriving with you shortly, if it hasn't already.

Having made an error when ordering…
Having made an error when ordering something from the Homeware Outlet I rang up the next day and spoke to Jess who organised the cancellation of my order even though it was the next day. She was super friendly and helpful and feel confident to buy from this company again knowing the aftercare is so efficient and supportive
