Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support, and the platform wasn’t useful to me. I’ve since found another one that’s much better.
I signed up for a free trial and was charged €77 a few days later. I’ve been trying to reach their team for four days, but nobody has replied personally.
I’m really upset because I’m from Brazil, where €77 is a significant amount of money. My card was frozen, and I wasn’t even using the platform. As soon as I unfroze my card and added money, they charged me. I contacted them immediately to request a refund, but I still haven’t received any help.
The company says it values customer experience, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. What might seem like a small amount to them means a lot to me.
I just want someone to respond, review my situation, and help me get my money back. This whole experience has left me really frustrated and sad.

Easy to use
This is a really helpful product because it can be so challenging to find contact information for people you want to collaborate with on various projects. The interface is easy to navigate and use, and I appreciate the fact that more than one type of contact is provided.

Bad service , took my money.
Thought I'd signed up for a trial and have been charged AU $130 monthly for over two years now.
Fool me didn't notice.
Never used the service in the entire time.
Contacted The Handbook to ask for refund and all I got was only 3 months worth.

Comprehensive Address Book with Excellent Customer Service
We’ve been using The Handbook recently and it has been a great experience. The address book is robust and the platform is intuitive and easy to use, much simpler than other similar websites we’ve tried. Navigation is smooth and it’s easy to find the celebrity contacts and addresses we need quickly. Their customer service is responsive and professional.
