At your own risk! I sent in my Gucci bag for a clean and my bag was returned smelling of damp and still dirty. It seems like they had just left my bag to decay in one damp corner. I almost cried when I got my bag back. I am unable to get rid of the smell since, my £1k bag is ruined.

My mulberry had the worst stain on the bottom and I knew it was not going to be easy to clean, the handbag spa team were fantastic, brilliant communication and very friendly staff.
My bag was gone for nearly 3 months but this was over the Christmas and new year, staff also had sickness so this was totally understandable.
My bag came as nearly new! It’s incredible the horrid stain has gone.
I would definitely recommend this company, yes they take time, but to produce such good outcomes it was worth the wait, in my eyes you wouldn’t of used the bag or been able to replace it for this cost.so thumbs up and thank you for rescuing my bag and given my bag years more of use, happy customer 😀

Poor slow service. The stains were removed, however, the colour was not restored and is much paler and the bag looks very dry and dehydrated. When I raised this issue with them, I was told that there was nothing wrong. I have used the bag twice and it has now started cracking on the body of the bag. This was never an issue before I sent it to the Handbag Spa.

Received the most brilliant, and professional service from The Handbag Spa. After having some Bobbi Brown face oil (mini, mix of oils) spill inside my Mulberry Bayswater (Johnny Cocoa era), I inquired of the Handbag Spa, whether they could attempt to fix it.

After being quoted GBP 100, and an additional GBP 34.99 for a courier pick up, and drop up 4 weeks later, I agreed! My bag was booked in and collected promptly, I was notified when they had received it. About four weeks later (just a bit less), I was notified that my bag would be returning home on the Friday (13th) and it arrived back today, in an organised 1 hour slot (17th.) Upon opening the parcel, I was very impressed with the packaging, the pretty dust bag, and of course, once I removed the crepe paper, the fact that the stain and the oil were gone. The leather is slightly more worn where the stain was, but it's not noticeable, and at least I can use it. I think the rest of the leather will catch up with use, as this incident happened while travelling, and the bag was still quite new. I'm very impressed, and I'm sad to say that it's a shame to see that the company is in liquidation. I was considering sending my Louis Vuitton NeverFull, to have the lining cleaned...But oh well! Maybe I'll still manage. All I can say is if your bag requires a good refresh and clean (I also had THBS patented special clean) then this is the place! Exactly what I was quoted, and it delivered on every front.
