Customer service is awful. I tried emailing them using their contact form and I receive an email thanking me for email and my case is now closed. It wasn't even dealt with. Trying to speak on live chat, the agent was pretty useless and couldn't answer my question.

The workers are always happy to help and the community is friendly all the time.The equipment is a great quality and everything is very organized and optimal for a work out.

Plenty of power racks, plenty of benches, plenty of plates. Enough space to do what you want.

Just put your stuff back!

I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years and this is by far the best. The instructors are friendly and the choice of classes are good. It’s the longest period of time I’ve been motivated to keep attending.

Gym Group support is very very poor, gym staff can’t help, they don’t know what to do or who to contact, the live chat is useless, the only people you can phone are the ones that take your money each month, they can however direct you to the live chat. My guest pass doesn't work, can’t get into the gym and they make it harder to contact them so the issue is still unresolved. I would give them no stars if I could. Once you get in the gym is not to bad, but that’s the problem you can’t get in!!

I really enjoy this gym. I’ve never taken part in classes before and now I can’t stop booking them! The instructors are approachable and knowledgeable. The equipment is new and plentiful. There is always staff cleaning and keeping the place tidy. Ladies changing room and showers are fine, too.

Very good gym, great GM Matt.. He's very helpful and understands his gym. Provides good advice on how to achieve your goals 👏.

Great gym - well equipped - great classes and most importantly super friendly staff !

Gym group gillingham had induction with Diana very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great fun and hard work today during Legs, bums and tums. My first class in years. Diana made it fun and was very encouraging.

Gillingham branch: Fab experience. First leg tum bum class with Bianca. She was superb. Motivating and was keen to help me get my form right.
