It's the first time to order a cake for my daughter in UK. Had I known of the Gift of Cake early on, I could have made her previous birthdays special and memorable.

I was anxious at first but Sophia's sincere and prompt responses assured me that I was dealing with a legit cake shop. Thanks too to Sean.

The vegan cake met our expectations. Kudos!
The tin is overpriced though.

Negative - The DPD courier driver just left the package by the gate without even calling my daughter to receive the package. This is disappointing.

Very straight forward process from choosing to having the cake delivered, have used twice now for my sons birthday while he has been at Uni

It is so small cake. Which is a little disappointing.

It all went great. Arrived on the nominated day as promised and everything I bought was nicely packed. I love the tin, although I do wish it wasnt as expensive. I felt the need to buy it to protect the cake as much as possible, but I don't think the tin is worth 10 pounds.

Brilliant cake . But no follow through email confirming purchase. Lucky I had taken a screen shot. And unsure of subsequent emails/texts confirming dispatch. It just made the experience a little in professional and a bit worrisome at our end - it was a birthday cake. But it did come as you had promised, and it was a great cake :)

Service was excellent as was the cake, it was moist and very very tasty.
When I first contacted The Gift Of Cake their contact at customer service was very helpful.
I cannot recommend this company high enough, it was delivered safely and very well,packaged

Thank you very much for an amazing Carrot Cake. It is my daughters favourite cake, she is not a lover of cakes with heavy cream and icing and this cake was just perfection, lovely and moist and such a stunning flavour. We will defo order another - thank you again!

The cake was to be delivered Friday and I found out in the evening it won’t be delivered until Monday

The cake was for a wedding anniversary and I was told that it was very good. There was a delivery problem and it was a day late which I felt that the company dealt with quite well nevertheless it was a pity it didn’t arrive on time. They said this was an unusual occurrence.
