Good company quality of furniture very satisfactory 😁

This company is fraud! Avoid by all mean! They are unprofessional and doesn’t not give refund. I placed an order for a sofa in September 2021, I am writing this review on the 1st of May 2022 I still have not received my sofa or refund. I contacted my bank for a charge back but they are disputing it. My bank has to refer my case to Visa to resolve the issue. They kept saying the sofa is ready but stuck in china because of Covid.
I placed an order for a Xavier Curved Leather corner sofa with right hand facing 2Corner3Sofa on the 6th of September 2021. Total paid was £2229.99. It states clearly on their website that it will take 12 weeks for delivery. I have made several attempts on the phone to chase the order and I have spoken to Taf on few occasions, he promised to call me back for an update but I have not heard back from him. The company can produce my telephone conversation with Taff. The company state the order has near completed being manufactured and therefore cannot be refunded at this stage, when I spoke with Taff on the 14th of February, he told me the Sofa is ready to be shipped but the shipping cost is too high and their company will be making a loss. It is obvious to me that this company is Fraud, if the sofa is bespoke and ready why did they offer me an alternate on their website? There are so many things that does not add up with this company. I am a single mother of 3 and a front-line healthcare worker my children has been without a Sofa for over 7 months they have been sitting on the floor. This company should be ashamed of themself. I will report then to trading standard and watchdog . AVOID this company by all means! Fraud, fraud, fraud.

We have had our sofa delivered today and the service from beginning to end was outstanding. The Furniture Megastore and its staff have really exceeded all expectations and would definitely recommend to others.

Just purchased a leather corner sofa, not really sure what we wanted, Furniture Megastore were really helpful in helping us find a style that was right for our room and our budget. Great service.

We purchased the Amora small corner sofa and a matching 2 seater in Platinum from this company and from Start to finish the Customer service and updates from the company to delivery has been first class!! The sofas arrived well packaged and protected, within the stated timeframe along with courtesy calls the same day to make sure everything arrived safely and to make sure we were happy with the sofas which are of outstanding quality. Extremely comfortable and sturdy and exactly as advertised. We just can’t fault the price or the quality of them. We are so pleased we took a chance with this company instead of our previous sofa company we used which was a well known High Street sofa store. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again! ManyThanks again.

Having previously left a 5-star review for the Furniture Megastore based on the customer service at the time of ordering, this follow-up review is on receipt of the barstools we ordered.

We were told very honestly at the time of ordering that the stools would take up to 18 weeks for delivery as they were made to order - they arrived in just less than that, but we were regularly updated on progress without asking and they were certainly worth the wait. Product quality is outstanding and the Furniture Megastore supplied at a very fair price. Delivery was arranged very efficiently through a third party courier and the stools arrived the day after making full payment.

Overall, our experience of dealing with the owners and all staff at the Furniture Megastore has been extremely positive and only served to enhance the high quality furniture we bought. We would have no hesitation in using the Megastore for future purchases.

After waiting for my sofa for months (due to shortage of foam and leather) it arrived on Saturday, we are over the moon with it, it’s made so well and the leather is such good quality. Jay was really helpful and delivery guys were brilliant. Would definitely go there again and certainly would recommend The furniture Megastore as they are so helpful and friendly

Although there were some delays in the supply of the leather sofa as a consequence of Covid, I was kept informed. Very satisfied with the item. Quality is excellent and the price very competitive.

Went to The Furniture Mega Store in Heanor Derbyshire and Purchased a 3 Seater and a Chair in Green Velvet. The staff were very helpful indeed, They said it would be delivered in 8 weeks which it was They came out in the horrible weather (snow) to deliver. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The sofa and chair are fantastic quality I love them. Can Highly recommend and would defnetly buy from them again

I have purchased the fairmont corner sofa, love seat and footstool in June from this company as I called up and was told this Range is the old stock from Sofology.

Firstly I have waited 3 months for this sofa to be delivered when they promised it would be no longer than 6 weeks. When the delivery men arrived straight away I noticed the sofa was the wrong colour and looked like a totally different sofa, I was told by the delivery men it’s not their problem they are only the delivery men and they have to drop it off as they didn’t have room in the van so the sofa and love seat was dropped off with no footstool.

I called the company up straight away and the guy said he would get it sorted and call me back.

I noticed not only the sofa was the wrong colour the pillows were all wrong + the corner sofa had gold rusty studs with chipped light wood damaged feet and the love seat had chrome studs and damaged feet.

We are now in November and still no phone call from the company. I paid by finance so I have contacted the finance company who issued a final warning to them for a refund and surprise surprise they have contacted me by email to advise they cannot cancel the order and my sofa will be with me by Jan 2022. So I am now stuck with a sofa still wrapped up and stacked in my hallway (blocking my front door).

The company have said I cannot cancel my order as it’s a bespoke order. They are ripping people off by claiming the sofas are “bespoke”

Reading other reviews I can see I’m not the only person this has happened to and I will be taking this to trading standards and the financial ombudsman for a full refund.

Please to avoid all stress do not buy from this company.

During the current difficult times for all retailers when items have to come from abroad this company was brilliant, yes it took some time to get our furniture but this was not this company's fault, Taf really tried to get it through quicker. The only real let down was the courier, just rude and unhelpful, I am sure Taf won't use them again.

I bought the Parisian 4-door grey wardrobe from Furniture Megastore and had to contact them about the delivery date as it was on back order and I was moving house.
The customer service was excellent and the delivery came in a reasonable time, especially as it wasn’t in stock when I ordered it. Furniture Megastore liaised with me the whole way and delivered it at a time convenient to me.
The wardrobe itself is very sturdy and I’m sure it will last my son years. My partner and I are so pleased with it that he has ordered a similar one for his daughter in white.
I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you very much to everyone there.

Great store, lovely people who are really helpful. Ordered a day bed and told 4-6 weeks delivery. Item actually arrived within 2 weeks of order. Cannot fault and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a Fairmount loveseat which I was told would match the fairmount range
I had from sofology that’s was a lie. They tried to copy the range badly. The photo on the picture looks completely different to the sofa that arrived it’s a bad copy.

I was told it was the same range only the pillows are different. This was completely not true the actual sofa that arrived was completely different did not match the same range and then I had to refuse delivery when
I rang up the manager he told me it was my fault nothing they could do that I ordered something from them and it was up to me to check if it was the right size the right colour it’s not their job!!

I called customer services before I placed the order and explained that I wanted the same range as what I have already but I just needed a loveseat to complete my range they told me it would be the same.

Customer service was terrible I get told I was a liar that I should’ve known what I was buying that there’s nothing I can do so now I’ve got no chance and I’ve lost my money.

I’ve not even received or accepted the delivery and they still refusing to give my money back so I don’t have the item and I don’t have my money they are a complete con.

They have now taken my money £880 and not refunded me and I don’t have the sofa which is absolutely disgusting.

Went in store and the staff were great, helped me pick a sofa to suit our room/requirements. Was quoted 8-12 weeks for manufacture, but it was ready in just over 2 weeks. They delivered the sofa and assembled it for me. Price was great too.

Ordered some dining room chairs in Spring, unfortunately they took a long while to end up in this country, was kept informed all the way by a lovely gentleman who offered my money back but I was prepared to wait, so happy I did they are just what I wanted. Thank you.

Great service in-store, helpful and friendly without following you around as you get in a lot of furniture stores. We were told to expect the sofa 4-6 weeks after ordering and it came in about 5 weeks, so spot on.
Super helpful with the delivery (despite the corner piece only just fitting through the front door!), couldn't really have helped any more with it.
We did have a couple of marks in the fabric on two of the pieces, we reported this straightaway and they have again been really helpful in sorting out replacement pieces with the manufacturer.
Would definitely recommend and consider for future furniture purchases!

Had a beautiful marble table and crushed velvet knocker chairs I was absolutely delighted with customer service and quality and delivered on time.
Went back to the store and got a beautiful sofa electric recliners they delivered and assembled it for me. While in the store we saw a leather coffee table with hidden wine rack everyone loves it as it’s quite unusual and mango sideboard all hard wood to stand a 75” TV on. This furniture has had lots of comments from friends and totally transformed the dining room and lounge.
