Good communication and good time window on delivery….very pleased with our purchase of two sofas. You need to ignore some of the negative reviews as we didn’t experience any issues.

Terrible experience. Never received item and had to work hard and wait months to get a refund.

I bought my furniture in October last year and I received it yesterday - February 13th!
I phoned them twice. The firsts time was at the beginning of January 2024 and someone in accounts answered. When given the purchase number they said the furniture hadn't arrived (Bought in October!). I phoned them again on the 12th of January and they had the furniture at last. They would deliver on the 13th, but I was on my way to the States for two weeks. I phoned them on my return and the furniture arrived earlier this week, the 13th of February!
They only remembered the second phone call, of course. Customers are always wrong!

Goods not received after four months. Promises made and failed to materialise Bank informed and money refunded from bank. Very disappointed with company and would not use again

Come destroyed in box another supposed to arrive this week but still no word..... Update, I had a call telling me due to bad weather delivery is not possible this week, but I can expect it next week, these things happen and will review again next week..... fingers crossed it all goes well. Well second table arrived opened up with the driver there and it was completely destroyed, packed back up and both tables returned with the driver, this store has refused any and all contact since and I will have to start the process of consumer rights and citizens advice, before legal action, this is what I would describe as a scam outfit of cowboys and bandits, for anyone else looking to buy from these people....RUN!!!!! Pictures taken and dated and an email for return from FedEx..... still nothing from this outfit and so hundreds of pounds out so far, but I will not quit.... and here's an update, after my last review here I got a slightly annoyed phone call and was promised a refund that day, almost a week later my refund did arrive but NOT in full, I asked for an explanation but no reply, this has taken over three months for a partial refund, my advice is stay clear, I would have said different had they given the full refund as things can go wrong, but I get the impression that if they ignore you long enough you will give up....

The furniture from furniture mega store was delivered on time and wrapped well so it
could be delivered without the possibility of damage.The settees were just as seen on line.

I placed an order on the 25th October, and was told delivery would be 8-10 weeks. Here we are on the 24th January (13 weeks since ordering) and still no delivery, no responses to chasing emails, telephone number rings off the hook...
I'm only putting this on here to see if I can get some sort of reply... I can't afford to lose £500 and if I'd known it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have ordered it.

We ordered a 3 seater a 2 seater setee a crushed crystal tv corner stand and a coffee table, the corner tv stand they loaded into our car for us, the coffee table they ordered, the cream leather setee's they delivered about a week later with the chargers for the reclines, the coffee table took a few months, they phoned us regular with updates, the problem was the supplier was telling them crap info which isn't their fault, for the unique items they supply they cant just get from anywhere, you have to understand you wont get Taffs furniture from just anywhere so you have to be patient sometimes, eventually we got our table in good condition, Taff phoned me and said we have it and im bringing it tonight and it arrived, very, very happy, reading the bad reviews i feel sorry because the shop is not to blame for suppliers letting them down

What a great experience. The team have been brilliant and given us exactly what we wanted. The furniture is beautiful and so much more than we expected thank you all.

Ordered sofa section.
Spoke to store then ordered what l wanted online. Had a call to confirm my order told two to three weeks delivery. Order arrived in eighteen days via FedEx. Very happy with purchase.

We visited the showroom but unfortunately the 7-drawer oak chest was not in stock, Taff was very helpful and showed us another piece from the same range so that we could see the quality. I decided to order it online & 5 days later it was delivered. The quality of the drawers was excellent, and the staff are very polite and helpful, I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from them again.

excellent company to deal with,bought 2 riser/recliner leather chairs,they are first class quality,taff delivered them in time and set them up for us,real nice guy to deal with,couldn't do enough for us,would definately buy from them again.ray marsden

All I can say is that I had a really good experience. Ordered 2 two seater and one leather armchair recliners 14th October, delivered 7th November. Taf was happy to vary the original order and he delivered the furniture and assembled it himself. The leather sofas proved to be good quality. We found Taf to be friendly and helpful.

We ordered a bench from them. Was told it would be 2 weeks with fed ex. 2 weeks later we was told it would be the following week. If it’s not come give us a call and we will issue a refund. Following week comes no bench. Contact them again and they say it’s with fed ex and be with us following week. Guess what.. Friday comes and no bench. Contact them and they refuse to issue a refund saying it’s gone to an independent courier now. So we have no bench and no refund! Absolute scammers!

Loved my two items I purchased. Good quality and exactly what i wanted. There was a query regarding receiving the 2nd item and this was responded to promptly and rectified. I wouldn't hesitate to order in the future. Thank you

Hello everybody, taff is a lovely soul he is a one of a kind and I wish there were more men like him around! He's a lovely salesman, helpful and a very good man, brought a table, really happy with it....

Order an ottoman in August and still waiting. You can't get hold if anyone either. Think I've been scammed. Do not order.

Went to showroom and viewed sofas I wanted a sofa that I had seen elsewhere in known brand shop much more expensive - exactly same sofas. Placed order, spent some-time discussing fabrics I wanted and was all done at ease. Delivery time was reasonable and came within that timescale. Delivery was on time and they were also helpful. Would highly recommend 100%
