’m very happy with the speed of delivery and the overall quality of the Flowzy™ Water Fountain. It was effortless to assemble, and the instructions were clear and available in multiple formats, including email and a printed booklet. The fountain is simple to clean and maintain, which is a big plus. It comes with a USB cord for power, though it doesn’t include a wall charger, so keep that in mind. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and the experience.

this is an absolutely horrible, untruthful nasty company do not buy from them. They have totally lied to me and it took. I don’t know two weeks to get a refund after they continued. Try to push me to keep the product. Do not and I mean do not buy from this company absolutely horrible.

Was so easy to set up & Took Lola a day to get used to it. Now she loves it.

We put it on the timer mode as the sensor went off everytime we walked past .
Our big GSD loves the fresh water and I don't have to change her water bowl twice a day ...yay !

Almost $400 retail is insanity. These guys are joking, so tired of these overpriced MIC importers jacking up RRP to faux discounts. Should be illegal.

My dogs and kitten love their Flowzy!! When I had a problem with the pump not working properly Flowzy were super easy to contact and their response to my problem was super fast. My dogs and kitten really missed their Flowzy when it wasn't working and were so happy when the issue was fixed. They dived straight at the bowl when they realised it was flowing water again 😊

My two dogs just love drinking water from the flowzy. It's always cold and clean...

Very quick delivery, all safely packaged with very clear operating instructions.

Had our flowzy for 6 months and still working great. Get a good few weeks out of the filters, easy to clean, and I feel better that he has filtered water as we’re on tank water.

Not noise, easy set up. Looks lovely. Dogs seem to like it.

Have had dogs in one way or another for over 40 years and can honestly say that the flowzy is the best thing that i have ever done for them. The setting up and cleaning instructions are easy to follow and the company offers excellent support if you have any issues as we did when our pup got hold of the unit whilst it was charging and replaced the parts as per our extended warranty

Super easy to set up, but will likely need to store it till my pup is old enough to stop treating it like a toy, and starts appreciating it. Because the Flowzy lid does not fasten she’s having a field day flooding the bathroom area! Works beautifully, but not one for puppies (and maybe not water-loving retrievers). And be patient with delivery, as while the company is Australian (based in NSW), the product comes from China, and will take three weeks to arrive - possibly longer depending on where you live (I’m in Canberra).

The product works as described and my dogs are drinking more water which is great.

You couldn't ask for a better water bowl, especially when you see all your animals going to the flowzy instead of the still water. Animals know best!
