Excellent customer service, both before and after sales - we were very grateful for the knowledge and expertise available. Extremely competitively priced products with ease of purchase, accurately predicted lead times and prompt delivery. Can’t fault this company and would definitely recommend.

Wanted an evonic Locanda 175. Lucky to get a great deal and delivered within a week. Staff all very helpful and friendly. There was an issue after the sales and I am pleased to say that the team solved this for me to my saitsfaction - the fire was missing a remote control but this was sorted with Evonic on behalf of The Fireplace Superstore. Would recommend to other customers - thanks to all the team.

Recommendation for Larry and Dom
Excellent pre-sale advice and help from Larry on a wide range of fires. He was very patient and helped us choose the right fire and surround and gave us a competitive price. He also gave great after sales help.
The fire and surround were fitted by Dom of DNM Heating Ltd- he was very knowledgeable about fitting issues and his installation was excellent; can’t praise him highly enough. He was friendly, reliable, very skilled and went more than the extra mile for us; would highly recommend him.

Ordered electric fire to replace gas fire and they did a very professional job and did not have to wait long. A problem occurred in the surround we wanted was not available so lent us an alternative till it arrived and did not have to pay the full amount till job was completed.
