A great experience
A great experience! Ethan gave us quality time explaining and answering questions re purchasing an electric hybrid bike.
Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed or obliged to buy. It was a very relaxing experience.
We were able to test ride the bike and given plenty of tips on its various functions.

I Ordered a bike on the 24th February, the bike was shown as being in stock at the warehouse, I paid a deposit on the bike it’s now the 24th March I have know idea where the bike is or when I will get the bike, so not sure what being in stock means.The people at the bike shop have been done all they can.

Bristol branch - manager very rude and incompetent!
The only reason there are 5 stars is because its a good selection of bikes to purchase but the after service is appalling - really expensive compared to a local independent shop, they wont let you bring your bike in until your exact appointment time, you order and theres no communication, items lost and really rude people working in the Bristol branch, the manager is absolutely shocking! Clearly doesnt wont to be there and cant handle the day to day running well at all - out of his depth! Richard is a nice guy but is not capable of running the shop and so its wasted due to the bad management and leadership…
I found a much better place, such pleasant and friendly people - I will never go back - find a local independent place - there are loads and you will save lots of money and be treated humanely!

Great bike, great service, poor delivery
The Electric Bike Shop (EBS) gets 'marmite' reviews. My experience matches what I'd read - over optimistic delivery dates followed by (when late) a call to to a very helpful customer service person.
Bike arrived a few days late - it looked like DX (the courier) had dragged it through a bush (delivery labels scrubbed to the point of illegibility) then dropped it off a cliff to mash up the box.
I am pleased to report that the packaging was good enough to survive (bike in perfect condition) but still...
As for the bike (Tenways Ago X) it's awesome.

Excellent Customer support from Jack
I'm awaiting my certificate for my cycle to work scheme however the bike I liked was low stock. I spoke to customer support and got through to Jack who was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything to me very clearly and allowed me to place a deposit to hold the bike and equipment I required until my certificate comes through! It was a pleasure speaking to Jack who was very quick when it came to responses. I highly recommend ordering cycling gear and bikes form here and if you are unsure about anything use the chat function as Jack was fantastic.

Gloucester store feedback - great customer service
I bought a cube e- mountain bike from the Gloucester store. Dom and John were fantastic- attentive, knowledgeable and really helpful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on the cycle to work scheme but they sorted it out and as a result likely to have a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

Great value, super service!
I ordered my new bike, which had a huge discount compared to other bike suppliers. It arrived within two days so super speedy. My questions were answered quickly on the chat function and I managed to take advantage of a special offer where I was able to buy £200 worth of accessories for free! So not only did I get a lovely new bike, I got a sturdy lock and lights throw in. Very happy with the service, the value and the whole experience, thank you!

Great bike
Great bike, arrived very quickly too. I know this is standard for bike delivery but I do wish I hadn't have had to finalise the build myself. However other than this suggestion I have no complaints and my bike was an absolute bargain too!

Easy place to buy from.
Whilst the bike arrived in good condition and as described, I had to adjust the steering bearings because they were loose, even though that was ticked as checked on the delivery note.
Also delivery took too long.
