Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed or obliged to buy. It was a very relaxing experience.
We were able to test ride the bike and given plenty of tips on its various functions.

I bought a cube e- mountain bike from the Gloucester store. Dom and John were fantastic- attentive, knowledgeable and really helpful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on the cycle to work scheme but they sorted it out and as a result likely to have a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

bought a bike from them. The bike broke down when I was in Spain. The motor was sent to bosch. Bosch fixed the motor under warrantee. However my 90 day limit came before the motor was back. The motor was posted to me back in England. This company that I bought the bike from refused to help me have the fixed motor put back in the bike. Happy ending a bike shop in Monmouth did it and all is well. It is only when things go wrong you can truely know how good a company is.
Were very helpful when I wasn't sure the small part I'd seen advertised on their website was the correct one. More useful as a source of Cube parts than Cube's own UK operation. Shipment was prompt, but rather pricey and packaging seemed OTT.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Trek bike from the electric bike shop in Gloucester, and I can't recommend Vince highly enough! From my very first visit, his knowledge and expertise stood out. Vince patiently guided me through various models and helped me identify the bike that would best suit my requirements and I left feeling confident about my decision.
On my second visit, Vince walked me through the entire purchasing process, ensuring I understood the sizing and specifications of the bike I had chosen. He recommended accessories that I might find useful in the future and gave excellent customer service again.
Finally, during my third visit, Vince delivered my ordered bike and provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of its features and components. His attention to detail and willingness to ensure I was comfortable with the bike made all the difference.
Thank you so much Vince, for going above and beyond to provide such outstanding service. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, cheers!
This would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for one BIG problem with my e-bike purchase. But first the positives:
1. Pre-sales help was very good. Very quick to respond to questions - within minutes!
2. Easy online buying process. I used Cyclescheme, one of the cycle to work schemes, and the process was easier and quicker than I'd expected.
3. Delivery was within the period advertised and I could see the status of my order.
The negative:
I had understood that the e-bike would arrive pre-assembled. In fact, it arrived partially assembled in a massive box. Despite a thick operating manual and a multitude of inscrutable pamphlets, the shop provided no assembly instructions. It took me and my son 6 hours of trial and error to do what could have been a 2 hour job. Front wheel and mudguards, handlebars, Bosch remote and display, bell and pedals. The Bosch remote wasn't able to fit over the handlebar so we had to remove the grip to slide it on. I found a YouTube video to help with grip removal. A variety of Allen keys, torque drivers, spanners and a star screwdriver were needed - but found no list of tools to help prepare. You need to take a lesson from Ikea. There isn't even a how-to video to help assemble the bike.
My thesis is that Cube does not expect the customer to do assembly work, and assumes the shop mechanic does all of the assembly and set up. The bike itself is brilliant but Cube, please prepare assembly instructions using the wisdom of Ikea.
