I ordered a dustpan and brush 6 weeks ago and it has still not been dispatched. I've tried contacting them twice via their website and have received no response.

Bought a swivel head mop. The box was open when it arrived. Thankfully All the parts were in it .

As I was utterly fed up with nylon hand brushes, with static that kept the dirt on the brush I looked around for, and choose a sensible wooden pair instead.
My only comment on the lighter brush was that it has been shedding some bristles. Otherwise all good.

I am unable to assemble the brush I purchased as the brush head has a cap stuck inside. According to their support this does not make it faulty and it just needs to be pulled out and I should follow their instructions provided. I tried numerous times to pull this cap out and it would not budge. Their instructions don't state anything about removing a cap so I personally don't think this is expected and even if it was, why? Why have a cap in the brush head that needs to removed before assembly and then just thrown away.
There was also an additional section of pole so I think there is some kind of issue with their manufacturing.

I'm very impressed with this product. The telescopic duster is strong and works well. The whole package I ordered was excellent value. This is a very good company to deal with.

Purchased a natural hair broom, so much better than a nylon one. Good value, sustainable materials and no power needed to sweep the house floors.

Who knew such joy could be had from receiving an order from Dustpan & Brush - three new brooms! And a bamboo mop and DP& Brush and clever green plastic brush with more smaller brushes for getting in between things. Lovely wooden/bamboo products - nicely made, easy to put together and aesthetically pleasing. Love them!

Desperately needed a mop n bucket that wasn't too big to store but does the job.
Received mine today and am impressed. Easy to understand instructions on how to put together. Looking forward to using it and will definitely let you know more about this product.

The dust pan and brush set screwed together well and now sits in our store cupboard awaiting its first use. It arrived quickly and undamaged. So far so good.
A proper test will require use over a period of time, so a further report in say 3 months.

Generally good value, although one nail brush has already fallen apart.

The only item that actually cleaned the kitchen lino. I had struggled with cleaning the kitchen lino it still looked dirty after much mopping using various cleaners and mops. I was truly amazed. I read another review with a photo on Amazon where I purchased the brush with a rubber blade. I could see it was the same lino as mine with a dimpled surface and you could see the dirty water coming away. Absolutely brilliant. I no longer have to have the new lino removed as this works perfectly! Excellent!

Telescopic handle with accessories for different types of cleaning. Bought to clean bathroom walls. Our bathroom is at the back of a Victorian terraced house, in the part exposed to cold air. The result is constant damp patches on the walls. The telescopic handle means I can now clean my walls, up to where they meet the ceiling, without perching perilously on the edge of my bath. The broom arrived quickly and the product seems well made.

Just disappointed that it has ‘The Dustpan and Brush Store’ printed on the broom head which wasn’t shown in the listing’s photos. If I had known this I would have bought a product without any visible branding and will now have to sand it off.
