DON'T GO!!! I never leave reviews but feel so strongly about this awful place. Staff were rude & unkempt. They told me my son's appointment for teeth whitening would be £25 which I had to pay upfront but then they charged us another £53 for unnecessary x rays!!! They didn't even take the mold for the template which is what they told us the appointment was for! I feel totally ripped off.

The workers are the most dreadful thing at that place they constantly just give attitude or decide to be rude and give dirty looks. Two of the managers as i asked where to sit replied with 'Where the f#ck do you think its over there open your eyes look before asking' (previously sat there and got told to stand up and move apparently i wasn't allowed to sit there) and i was left stunned its honestly one of the worst work environments I've seen and don't know how they have managed to keep there job not a single smile in that hellish place. The workers as well need to be taught personal hygiene. You'd hope working in a dental place they would have used deodorant but the managers who had come up to me hadn't used any or washed there clothes, they also had yellow stains across all there teeth with an unpleasant smell all in all, the managers are horrible people who dont respect paying clients at all and and are incredibly rude and if could i would call up a higher up and talk to them myself.

I attended the hub for an extraction (after a week of antibiotics for an absess), on friday 7th February. I have nothing but praise for Alicia, who undertook my procedure. She talked me through everything and made me feel at ease (as much as you can be under these circumstances), and took her time to ensure that I was completely pain free prior to the extraction. I am a very nervous patient but Alicia treated me with such kindness and what I had built up in my mind to be a harrowing ordeal, was infact a quick and virtually painless procedure. Once again the aftercare was fantastic, as I was contacted by telephone the following day to check that all was ok. I would recommend The Hub , and have done, to anyone , who finds themselves in need of a dental service.

Dr Aziz was super professional. I had a tooth taken out and although it took a while to remove, he checked I was okay through the whole procedure and topped up my numbing when needed. I will certainly be staying with this dentist.

I have a fantastic dentist but I started to recognise a nagging tell tale sign of having an infection in one of my gums on a weekend of all times.
The fear started to creep in so I phoned 111 not knowing at the time about The Dental Hub in Peterborough.
Dreading that the nearest Dentist to me on a Sunday was probably miles away the doom started to take over until I was told about the dental hub and phoned them straight away and got an appointment within two hours having paid a Consultation fee of £25 before arriving.
I cannot praise the lovely Dentist and all the staff enough as they are so down to earth and I felt at ease straight away.
I feel comforted to know they are there as I did need antibiotics and was able to obtain them quickly after a thorough check, x ray etc.

Tooth Extraction. Bilal took my lower left rear mouler out today could not thank him enough as there was a abcess below it he did a fantastic job and was so gentle unlike the last extraction which was like being in an S & M dungeon. Perfect job thanks Bilal 10/10 excellent job really appreciate you calmness and professionalism.

Rushed and improper job - extremely disappointing- he finished cleaning in 10 mins ! Very rushed painful and incomplete - my teeth feel dirty and painful even after the cleaning
I asked the dentist if the cleaning is already over - he said many patients can choose to do another cleaning in a couple of weeks
Why?
He said - but not for you!
Then why tell me - because the job is done poorly

I went here as it’s close to my office - but I waited for 30 min after my appointment time for this 10 min of pathetic job !

Never ever visit again

Worst dentist experience in my life till now

I am extremely disappointed with the dental fillings I received at this practice a couple of months ago. Since the procedure, I have experienced ongoing discomfort, including sore gums and a painful mouth. When I consulted my current dentist in London (as I am undergoing Invisalign treatment), he examined the fillings and confirmed that they are of poor quality.

From the moment the fillings were applied, they were yellow, rough, and uneven, with a noticeable ledge, despite my raising these concerns at the time. Although the dentist attempted to smooth them during a follow-up visit, the fillings remained rough and caused significant pain.

As someone with a dental phobia, this entire situation has caused me significant distress. The poor quality of work and the resulting complications have left me with no confidence in this practice’s ability to correct the issue. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the inadequate treatment. My gums are inflamed and painful, and my dentist has confirmed that the uneven surfaces are trapping bacteria, which is further affecting my oral health.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care and quality provided, and I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Having made an appointment for mid morning today on monday ie 2 days prior and arranged to have my dog looked after. which the reception was informed about at the time of making appointment
I was still waiting to be seen over1 hr after arriving after my appointment so i will never use or recomend these people .
£25 prepaid for a mug of water and to be ignored is worse than living under a labour goverment

After an awful experience in my youth with a dentist, kamil and Millie were beyond perfect, very reassuring and talked me through everything step by step. The pricing was very clear nothing hidden. I've read through the other reviews and honestly my experience was nothing like some of these say, yes it's expensive but I believe you get what you pay for excellent service!!!!

Dentist Elise and Nurse Ding were very efficient , patient with Me , treated me professionally (hadn't been for 5 years ).Never felt hardly any pain extracting my tooth. reassuring each step. expensive but definitely worth it. would recommend

Filled out an online form for an appointment. Received a lengthy not very professional text asking to call in and book an appointment. After the call I was sent a second text with bank details on how to pay. I paid straight away and the money left my account. I then received a call later about my appointment telling me the payment did not go through and I would need to do it over the phone. I double checked the bank details and they were correct. She then told me she could talk to her director but they are on holiday and so with the time zone difference could be a problem. I cancelled and told them ot was all too dodgy. My partner checked and they have fake reviews.

I canceled my appointment and didn't get my refund, i called last year October and they said i will be refunded in the next couple of days.
I called again today and they told me no refund.

Absolutely fantastic service. After being told I am no longer a patient at my usual dentist.
Peterborough dental hub were very helpful within 3 hours from calling I have been seen and my tooth is sorted.
The staff were kind and very helpful.
A massive thank you to Elise and Jada for everything you did for me today I’m forever grateful.

Absolutely shocking, was told £25 up front for an emergency appointment, plus possible X-ray fees. Was then told by the dentist it was the law to have an X-ray before they could look at my GF's mouth infection. She was told the antibiotics they prescribed that you have to buy from them, probably wouldn't do anything and that they can do a tooth extraction there and then for £300!

Completely awful... you have to pay them before going, which i then got phoned back to say i hadn't paid ( i had ) and they demanded to look at the payment on my banking app. Which I was deeply unhappy about. You then have to sign a treatment plan ( again hyper dodgy) x rays and treatment plan strangely haven't been emailed to me... unfortunately an emergency, so they are clearly preying on people with no other option

14 sep visited just normal dental cleaning and small filling in my teeth,
After verified they claim $658 to my insurance company, really so cheated.
I ask for details of payments details,they say gum treatment,actually never do such things,
Every year always I do same my claim less than $250 only.
This first and last visit to this dental hub.I need to give zero star

Being a very nervous and apprehensive patient I found my first appointment today at Peterborough dental hub to be very professional greeted by lovely staff. My dentist Alicia and nurse Jada made me feel very welcome and at ease. A thorough examination was given and a full treatment plan put into place. There are no hard sales to accept the plan just good honest feedback and all treatments explained thoroughly. I will be following the treatment plan to regain my perfect smile. I would throughly recommend this dental hub to everyone. Well done Peterborough team from a nervous patient

Took my Daughter for an emergency appointment £25 for consultation £13 for the xray she needed chip on 1 front tooth and small filling on the other front tooth cost £500 went back 3 times with pain and tingerling 1 tooth apparently died leaving it all discoloured the other tooth you can see the join and colour match not the same we have complained but they said there's nothing they can do but offered more treatment for the problem at a cost of over £2000 which in our opinion is a complete joke as they won't except any responsibility nice place if your rich would not recommend

My first booking at with them was absolutely useless. I was ask to pay a fee for the appointment 9:45am,which i did around 7am .I did the payment. To my surprise, another person call me on phone at 8am and said I have missed the appointment and asked me to rebook for another fee.I was really shocked 😲
Brood day light scam.No wonder they can't respond to their reviewers on trustpilot. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY.!I wish there was zero star.That is what I would have given.
