Loved the curtains, in fact, ordered another set for my dining room. Excellent service. Had the opportunity to call and spoke directly to a courteous, helpful person. Order arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely order from them again.

I looove the material quality and color! Wish you had another pair. However, there were a few tiny holes before the are where the hooks go in. Holes about the size of a large safety pin. But no worries! Thank you.

Lovely, well made curtains. Not stiff, hang nicely. The top gathering gives them a polished drape-like look without pins. They Remind me of lace curtains my grandmother had. Very pleased.

I am very happy with the look of these curtains. I am using them on French doors, and they give the right amount of privacy with still letting light in.

My order was delayed beyond the expected delivery time. I phoned twice to request the status. Both times I was informed the delay was due to COVID. I asked for a specific update on my order. One rep said she could not provide that update and asked if I wanted to cancel. The second promised to call me back with an update. She never did.
My order did arrive eventually but I will not order from you again.

Very nice curtains that are well made to make your living room, bed room. den, dinning room ect enhance the beauty of the room.

Poor quality and poor customer service. The curtains I purchased were very poor quality and several were stained. They were on clearance so could not be returned. I emailed the company and my email was ignored. I would never recommend them.

I ordered $500+ of items on 06-13 (which was immediately taken out of my account). Recieved an email confirmation stating it would be "shipped in 2-3 weeks". I have sent two emails (4 weeks after order) asking the status and still haven't received a response or my order. I have tried to call and the number goes to some advertising thing offering hearing aids, insurance, all kinds of things. I will NEVER order from this company again!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The product was exactly as described and as it looked in the picture,plus it arrived within a couple of days of placing the order.They look great!

Love the outdoor curtain rod, decided to buy for my bathroom shower, so no rusting. Fast shipment as well.

I never received the product. How can I review this when the product never arrived?

Customer Service was extremely helpful, my grommet curtains and rod were shipped promptly and I am very pleased with the quality. I would order from The Curtain Shop again.

Unfortunately, I have not received my product. We believe it has been lost in transit as it cannot be traced, even with the tracking number.
However, the vendor is/will give me full credit
which I appreciate.
Therefore, I gave a 5 Star rating.

It's so hard to find 100% cotton, 45 inch curtains. So happy I found them at Curtain Shop and very pleased with the purchase and quality.
