Bought a framed pic. They ignored my image cropping from the set up interface and framed it in the wrong orientation. Then they reprinted it and again ignored my cropping. So although support was initially helpful - in the end I have two framed pics that I can’t use because the image is wrong. I’m not adding photos because it’s a pic of a family member. The item itself was of good quality - the image was not due to being incorrectly printed.
