An incredible show, everyone from my school group enjoyed every minute! Congratulations to all the cast but especially to young Matilda!

The tour in Albert royal hall, it was fascinating!
We didn’t want to leave . The guide Jayne , if I remember well her name . She was stunning ! She transferred us all the history of this place in a such vivid way, simple, funny , interactive. .

Firstly, I would like to say thank you very much for organising such a great trip for us. My students had a great time and thought the whole experience was fantastic.

Overall for the price the students paid I thought was very worth while.

I really liked the accommodation of Paz Lodge, it was clean, safe and secure, much better than a Premier Inn for this reason. Really felt at ease with the students staying here due to the fact the key cards only give them access to their rooms and also they can't leave the building after 11pm as it is locked. Location wise was also great as we were so close to the tube station. The only issue was storing bags there wasn't time to go back and get them after the show and we had to book our own.

I thought the Workshop delivered by Molly and Tom was great. They had really good exercise that linked to devising and Hadestown we were going to watch. I felt like compared to other workshops all students had the opportunity to join in. The only thing I would say is that 3 hours is just a tad too long, 2 hrs or an 1hr and half I think would have been better. The students were just flagging a bit and I could tell they were becoming a little disengaged towards the end. Maybe next time we would opt for a little acting, singing and dancing too.

Overall the experience was fantastic and I definitely preferred this to the previous company we had used.

I took a group of 42 students and they did an entry level two hours workshop. It was quite well led and the students enjoyed very much the experience.

Absolutely amazing tour back stage at the theatre Royal Drury lane by james and Lotty. Took a theatre group there and they loved it. Learnt so much about the theatre as well as getting to see behind the scenes. Can’t recommend it enough - brilliant!

Although there was a slight delay in our start time due to the workshop leader being given the wrong address it then went well. It was a tricky audience for the group leader as it was a very large group of shy year 6 boys. However, they worked well with them and adapted the workshop well to build their confidence throughout, leading to them being happy to do a choreographed dance at the end. My only criticism would be that there was no singing involved, which I had initially requested. It’s a shame they didn’t get a chance to learn some of the songs from Mrs Doubtfire, rather than do a large number of vocal warm ups and games prior to the choreographed routine.

This was my first time planning an overseas trip to Europe as a theatre professor and Theatre Workout was an absolute Godsend. We brought 20 American university students to London for a whirlwind week of theatre, professional workshops, backstage tours, and so much more. At every step along the way Theatre Workout staff was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The carefully curated experiences my students had will resonate throughout their careers and lives. The professionals that led our workshops and tours were absolutely perfect. Where Theatre Workout truly excelled was in assisting us when things (inevitably) went wrong. They were immediately responsive and handled everything calmly and politely, from missed appointments to making sure we all got to the airport in time for our flight. Theatre Workout is now our go-to agency for London excursions...they have certainly earned our trust and respect!

Second time booking through Adam at Theatre Workout and both times have been a great experience. Great communication and fantastic customer service. Planning trips at school takes a lot of time but the service that Adam provides makes this significantly easier and I plan to use him for years to come. Thank you again!

Amy´s coaching in body, voice, improvisation and storytelling was fantastic. Among other things, she gave me excellent impulses and answered all my questions. And above all, the whole thing was a lot of fun. Thank you!

It would be very useful to have the exact details of where the venue is...rather than a list of possible venues? A map and 'name of building' is useful to teachers. The workshop was ok...but we have had better from you in the past? The 'warm up' activities are dated....all our students had played all but one before! The 'storytelling through song' involved 45 minutes of 'dancing/acting out' a short section of 'Mamma Mia' that was played...when we watched them back this accounted for half the workshop....we could have done this ourselves in school? On a previous visit we had 2 staff who led a singing and harmony workshop which was a lot more rewarding to our students. So, it was ok....just not what we wanted or expected.

Used this site to book a large number of tickets for a number of shows for some visiting students. Adam was super helpful and accommodating. We were booking with quite short notice, but Adam still managed to find us excellent tickets, for an excellent price to big shows like Wicked. Will definitely be using them again!

Adam liaised with us well and was extremely accommodating in terms of adding extra students last-minute. The workshop was thoroughly enjoyable and tailored to the show from the night before. There were a couple of unforeseen hiccups in terms of logistics, but overall we would definitely go with Theatre Workout again.

Adam was a delight to work with as usual and managed to secure extra tickets on top of the original 20 requested. Adam always replies to emails on the same day. The show was amazing in many different ways and a great inspiration for the students who will be devising work next term. Highly recommended.

Theatre Workout recently did a puppet workshop with Year 1 at my school. The practitioner was very engaging and had a warm and nurturing rapport with the children. However, the 30 minute delay to the workshops (due to factors out of the practitioner’s control) meant that the first workshop began late, so the children only got to watch the puppets being made. The majority of the workshop was spent getting the children to make the puppets and for Year 1 children, the size of the paper and their little fingers made this tricky. Smaller paper, or having some pre-made puppets ready would’ve helped with this. They had very limited time to play with the puppets and make them move, breathe, interact etc. Also, I was hoping for some inclusion of practical role-play activities where they could explore the story of Pinocchio in more depth. I appreciate that this workshop was aimed more at KS2 children but I was told that the workshop content would be adapted accordingly for the age group. Communication with Theatre Workout was good throughout the booking process but also felt that a phone call on the morning of the workshops to let me know that the practitioner was running late would’ve been appreciated.

Brought a large group of secondary school students to do a Shakespeare workshop and everybody was delighted- kept mentioning how brilliant the experience was and it was one of the highlights of the trip for many. Thank you!

Attended a Shakespeare-themed workshop with a group of US theatre students. They loved it! Nice mix of drama games, warmups, improv and text work. Very interactive and extra efforts were made to ask about the student's prior experience to tailor the workshop. No wasted downtime so good value for the two hours. The students were buzzing when they came out; lots of laughter and high energy. Look forward to hopefully returning with another group someday!

We had a great experience on Wednesday. We attended Danceworks for a musical theatre masterclass before heading to watch Wicked at Apollo Victoria Theatre.

The whole booking process was very smooth and Adam's communication was great. We are looking to book a similar experience again for next year.
