Ethan is awesome! I had an inauthentic item complaint and I was seriously freaking out. I explained the situation to him and within 2 hours he had drafted a Plan of Action for me.

I submitted it and within 10 days I got my account back! I wish I knew about him earlier!

I spent over a month trying to get Ethan to complete my appeal. During that time, he has dodged my attempts to get the service completed during 4 live chats, 6 emails, and then lied to me over the phone on four different occasions. He actually asked me to text him my email address because he had my appeal ready to go and lost my email address. Each time, it has ended in no response. I truly tried to work with him, gave him the benefit of the doubt that something crazy could have occurred each time there was an excuse. I ended this my issuing a claim with Paypal.

I already have more than 35 days waiting for the appeal letter. Now Ethan dont answer my calls and email. Im tired to wait i already paid $949.99 and I have not received anything yet.
I requested my refund, Ethan dont answer Call or email. This is a Scam Company.

Fixed all my issues

Placed my order on their site theamazonappeal.com and have had no detailed communication from Ethan. I have been emailing him, but no detailed responses from him. Twice Ethan has said the email will be sent the next day, but the next day comes and still no email. On the latest email Ethan tried to say the email had been sent, but it has not. When I asked him to verify the email address, he has not come back to me, and this is where we are at now.

It looks like the website has since changed domain.

Overall, not the service I was expecting, and has made a stressful time even worse. Would recommend proceeding with caution here.

I first contacted the company on Feb 22nd. I was first asked send a sketchy email to the CEO's office. It took about 45 days to submit an appeal letter. However, I believe it was too late. My account is now completely banned due to lack professionalism and communication.

I was misinformed frequently and almost promises for no due dates were kept.

Can't recommend this service to anyone!

Took a couple of revised Action Plan attempts and overall time took about 2 weeks until reinstated. During the process Ethan was very attentive and answered or returned calls promptly. Was very discouraged trying to handle on my own. Happy that I decided to contact company for help. Would do it again....but hopefully won't have too!! Thanks!

Ethan knows the gig very well, gives you the right advice, very ethical , checks your account throughly before taking up your issue. Very prompt and accurate plan which reinstated my account in a couple of minutes!

I will start by saying that The Amazon Appeal got my Amazon selling privileges reinstated within 11 days from start to finish. My only complaint is that it took much longer than the website promised to have the appeal delivered to me and when your account is inactive every minute is money wasted. However, after three appeal revision letters I was reinstated. With the money back guarantee I would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Excellent service

Ethan was great. He reached out to us quickly which was a HUGE deal given that when you have an issue with Amazon, you want to take care of it right away. We scheduled a call to go over the situation and he helped us with our appeal that day. Thankfully, the appeal went over well and we were able to have our storefront reinstated the next day! I would definitely recommend them if you are in a bind with Amazon.
