Esperienza terribile. Autista inesperto, tratta Kensington - Gatwick Airport coperta in circa 2 ore grazie all'aiuto di maps. Dopo alcuni conati di vomito del bambino, dovuti alla guida a strappi dell'autista, lo stesso inveisce contro di noi minacciandoci di lasciarci a 20 km dall'aeroporto se non avessimo versato immediatamente 100 sterline sul suo account Paypal. Sulla base della mia esperienza sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio.

Terrible experience. We had to pay for the ride upfront when booking. When the driver arrived he tried to double the cost of our 20 min journey. When we questioned this as a bit unreasonable, he got extremely aggressive towards us, threatening us personally and to chage the extra against our card.

Please avoid these guys at all costs.

I booked a car from london the gatwick for sn early morning flight. I confirmed with them multiple times over WhatsApp including the evening before but in the morning they were a no show and the phone number was dead so never spoke to anyone. I had to scramble and in the end got a black cab after needless stress. Deleting this company from my phone.

Absolutely rubbish service!!! Booked a taxi with a child car seat for my 8 months old son but the driver didn't show up and when called the customer service didn't give me any updates if the driver was coming or not. Had to book with a local company last minute and almost lost my flight because I have lost 1 precious hour because of this awful company! Very stressful experience overall with no customer service skills, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Driver phoned 30 mins before the collection time and told us that he would be 30 mins late due to traffic. We asked if there were any other drivers or vehicles that could collect us. He replied he had spoken to his control and there was nothing.

As this was an airport transfer we then arranged An alternative means, as we needed to be at LHR by 1900 (which is when the taxi would have arrived at our house). We then phoned for a refund and were told that they could have a driver with us shortly. I explained because they had said they couldn't during the call to the original drive, we had rearranged. I was then told they don't care and the new driver was now 1 min away.

Funnily enough, 20mins later no driver! We rang the control again and told them, they insisted he was there, I told them he wasnt. I took photos of the empty car park at my house, and road and emailed them and offered copies of the cctv camera. They still insisted the driver was there, when you could clearly see he wasnt.

At 1832 (2mins after the collection time) we left as we had to be at the airport by 1900 (20 min drive away). They then rang saying the taxi had been there at 1830. I pointed out we left at 1832 and there was no taxi. I then asked for a simple photo of our house from the driver to prove he was there. 5 mins later we received a screenshot of a map, no photo, and the map said "arriving in 1 min!"

They have still refused a refund despite first telling us they couldn't meet us, then not turning up.

I informed them i was cancelling my agreement with them as they hadnt provided the taxi. 4 days later on arriving at LHR, we were phoned by a taxi driver saying he was there to collect us!

AVOID if you're on any type of schedule or need to be anywhere at a Specific time

Very poor experience with LAT. We booked well in advance (several months) to ensure we had a safe car seat for our little one. We arrived off a 14 hour flight with a cranky 7 month old and our transfer was nowhere to be seen. The landline provided on the reservation and website rang and rang and was never answered, and the mobile number was disconnected. Left stranded one of us went in an expensive airport taxi with all our bags and the other took the train with the baby. No follow up, explanation or apology from LAT. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they refunded us without fuss but even that took over a week to come through. Would never use again.

Last Wednesday we missed our flight from Edinburgh to Rome so had to fly to your airport then discovered we had to get to Gatwick for our flight to Naples one of your staff a lady with grey hair and glasses took time to guide us how to get there and how to pay for tickets etc from me and my two friends thanks very much we made it to Rome for the Celtic game 💚

We booked this year to take us from Oxford to Heathrow -

1. Going
For the early morning pick up (4.30) no-one turned up so we called at 4.40 and were told that the taxi had a puncture and they would need to rearrange.. but they didn't know who we were/where we were to start, non-one had notified us of a problem and no steps had been taken for a replacement until we rang. They started fobbing us off about waiting (meaning we may miss the flight which cost over 2 grand) then said we needed to book an alternative, then in the end booked a local one for us that arrived at 5. The local one was £10 more only, was great and we made it thanks to him but we had to pay in the cab and get a refund from the cowboys afterwards.

2. Returning
No-one arrived us to pick us up and after waiting 20 mins we called and were told the taxi had 'broken down' but would be there in 45 minutes (i.e. an extra hour on top of 16 hours travel from Mexico no thanks). Again - not credible - when do broken down cars get fixed nowadays, how would you know how long it takes and why would you, as a taxi firm, not have sorted another cab in the meantime anyway - was the fee to include managing their taxi business??

Told them where to stick it and got the coach home which was actually v.good and would have been cheaper/better in the long run.

In the end we got a refund (though nothing to cover the inconvenience of them not bothering to send 2 cabs or to cover the difference in cost).

They were awful and I would not dream of using them again.

I'd used this firm for pick up and drop off last holiday and although they were delayed during pick up I believed the excuse at the time to be genuine. This year they were fine dropping us off at the airport but despite receiving booking confirmation emails they left us stranded with 3 children under 7 at the airport with no communication of any kind on our return. We only booked with them despite costing more because we wanted our children to be safer and have car seats. Our flight was early so we gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting an hour as we had expected to be out through security later but that time came and went. My son at 5 yrs old wasn't very well and the last we needed was for 3 kids to be waiting around. My husband and I kept checking to see if anyone came and had a sign by the gate. No answer to the phone calls. After waiting hours we had to take an airport taxi which cost a bomb. With no child seats. I emailed them from the airport to just in case that would get to someone but no reply still 3 days later. I'm appalled they would treat family's like this. Don't take the chance in booking these scammers. You'll end up paying more than their extortionate rates. Not even a call to a mum of 3 kids trying to get home? Even if it was to tell me they were cancelling. Then we wouldn't have waited around with a sick child. Shameful

Avoid at all costs.

My family booked London Airport Transfer to pick us up from the airport. Unfortunately the flight was delayed and despite their website reassuring customers they will track the flight and be there waiting regardless. This was not the case and instead they left myself and my family waiting at Gatwick airport at 3am with an extremely tired and agitated 20 month old baby and a 5 year old child. Not only that, but the reason we booked with this company was to order a car seat for my baby in order to ensure she had a safe journey home. After calling all available numbers several times we then had to resort to sourcing alternative transport home and as a result we had to travel in a taxi without a car seat, putting the safety of my baby in jeapardy.

Not only am I extremely upset and disappointed by their service, but their complete lack of care about the safety of my family is unforgivable.

Will never use or recommend this company.

Booked a cab for Victoria to Gatwick a week prior schedule and kept confirming the pick up time as 0430 am and even kept informing them every other day that I need the cab on time, on the day at 0415 I called them they said driver on way, then 0440am he tells me driver will come at 0530 am either wait or book other cab, rubbish service, as I was residing in Victoria made my way by Gatwick express train for 13 pounds one way

Really freaking rubbish service, better to use trains rather then believe this cheap cab services

Terrible terrible terrible. I called the taxi driver 3 hours in advance to make sure he would be there on time, i called again 10 min before the flight and in the end I ended up taking an Uber (after he was already 20 min late). Prevent yourself from stress - do not order this service - they are not going to show up anyway.

I provided my card details on Saturday evening, 27 April so that I did not have to pay cash for my booked 6.45am airport transfer the next morning to Gatwick.

Nobody showed up by 7am, no phone calls of any sort. Nobody picked up when I called. I tried a few times since.

I made the flight thanks to an Uber. But now I see three charges totalling c. £160 have been taken today (Wednesday) from my account from supposedly unconnected taxi companies with similarly dodgey looking websites. I’ve never used either of these two other taxi firms. London Airport Transfer deny ever receiving my card details, and there was never any reservation. Hmmmm...odd?

I can’t comment on their service, as there wasn’t any. But if you gave them card details best check your bank records.

Absolute disgrace. We had an email confirmation but no one was there on time. We called the receptionist three times after waiting 45 minutes to be told lies time after time! Also had a nasty email from them also trying to defend themselves.There are too many other competitive taxi companies out there that can provide a decent and honest service!

Despite a confirmation email and 2 phone calls the day before the scheduled booking, no taxi arrived, leaving me and my baby scrambling to get a lift to the airport. I tried to call both their landline and a mobile number but no answer. Not sure what sort of business they're running!

Do not book a taxi with this company, particularly if you're relying on them to travel with young children.

Out taxi didn't turn up for a pre-booked airport run, we had to resort to using an Uber instead, without the child seat we'd booked.

There was no contact at all after our confirmation emails, no texts to say they were on their way, and when we tried calling the company to track down our car there was no answer on either of the telephone numbers provided.

Just relieved I didn't pay in advance so I'm not out of pocket.

So far no glitches, brought child seats with them and arrived on time 4/4 (one time the child seat model was a bit too big for the girl but the driver was lovely so we decided not to complain).
Great service, especially when Nav is your driver - lovely guy with Ford Transit which has up to 4 toddlers seats.
The booking service can get better bu again I cannot fault them, especially in a city where none of the other companies guarantee a baby seat.

Took maybe an extra 15 minutes of deboarding/customs. Driver apparently left. Please beware they will strand you without calling or anything. They hung up on me and then sent a rude email when I asked for a refund.

We booked a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight - specifically booked with this company as they offer a car seat.

Taxi did not arrive, after 15 mins I rang them and they advised they had made an error and booked for 2 hours later - they could not send an alternative so I had to scramble around and book with another firm, at a more expensive price with no car seat - almost missed our flight as a result.

There was no real apology and no offer of compensation. I also had to chase twice to get a refund - they only refunded the first leg of journey

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!!
