Needed urgent shoe repair before a wedding. The Restory picked them up, turned them round and got them back to me with time to spare. Perfect service all round.

Horrible experience! I wasted two weeks with them not even getting any repairs. And they returned my bag without the dustbag!!! Do not recommend it

When you try to call them, their numbers either are inactive or no one picks up the phone. Emails are answered once in a while. Poor service.

Overpriced, long delays and sloppy work. What a waste of considerable money.
I took my assurance from the fact Selfridges had an association with them. I even dropped my item off in store.
Really no difference to my beloved item and one of the things that needed repairing hadn't been done and actually had further deteriorated. Poor quality fabric used to replace an expensive trim. Shoddy. What a rip off. Heard nothing back from them. I am also going to get in touch with Selfridges. They should drop them.

Amazing service! Things I have used for years and looked like they were ready to be thrown away comes back looking like new! Really really really amazing service! And the fact that it’s reducing the fashion worlds impact on the environment is another amazing fact! Cannot recommend enough!!

The work that The Restory did on my Chanel double flap was incredible! It was my grandmother’s bag and got ruined in the rain. I owe the Restory so much. The only problem was shipping was a little complicated coming to Milan and took quite a long time but I definitely blame Italian Post.

Fantastic repair service for handbags and shoes / they also do garments. I have sent through several items to repair and clean and more often than not I can’t even remember what the repair was because the items look brand new!

So good to get my much-loved suits back looking as good as new. Really attentive service and easy to deal with. It's not cheap but better than replacing and certainly more environmentally friendly

We had 4 different pieces repaired and refreshed (Bottega, Celine, Hermes and LV) and where excited about the quality of all of them. Truly amazing focus on detail. We did not expect it to be that good. We can only recommend the service.

I had my trainers cleaned, my boots resoled and also my very fragile knitted cardigan fixed and was really happy with all the results! Plus the person who I was speaking to about my items was very helpful and kept me updated on when they would be ready.

Not impressed, my Gucci trainers look barely any different and i could have done the same thing myself at home with a bit of white trainer polish. not worth £55!

I had an old Chanel belt which had deteriorated with age. The Restory completely remade the belt using the original buckle and I could not be happier - it looks better now than it did originally as they selected the absolute finest quality leather to make it with.. and they managed to still keep the original Chanel logo stamped in the lining for authenticity. Quick and brilliant service I couldn’t be happier !

I haven’t received such service for a long while. Really recommend this company, the communication was on point! I haven’t received my broken Valentino shoes back yet but I have every faith so far x
