Values and Beliefs online training for coaching was the best yet! It's the magic in the art of coaching and all other modules make even more sense after this one. I loved the psychology in the training and the opportunities to work with peers to explore the taught skills.

Coaching to rewire subconscious limiting beliefs and grow empowering beliefs
Pam Lidford is phenomenal.
As a coach and as a person.
As a coach in training, I found it challenging to deal with limiting beliefs clients have and wasn’t clear on to help them find a way through
And equally important, to help them anchor and act on their empowering beliefs to achieve their goals.
Pam shared her practical experience, and a live recording that she had of her coaching a client with permission to share the recording, to show us how to coach clients in a way that they can achieve their goals, overcome subconscious blocks and bring their real positive drivers and values to the surface.
I found it particularly interesting that consciously people want something but they can only achieve what is real and rooted in their subconscious mind.
And that is why many people are not able to take action on the things they want
I am grateful to be training as a coach at The Coaching Academy, to help people overcome these hurdles, obstacles and difficulties, so they can live a life of sustainable satisfaction.
Not just happiness, which is transient and goes up and down, as Pam shared with us - but DEEP satisfaction that goes beyond superficial happiness that comes and goes.
I also appreciated that she shared her personal story of growth, openly and honestly.
It reminded me that the growth of coaches and clients is not linear. It is messy, imperfect and difficult at times because we are all human, though we do have the ability to go on a journey of transformation for a life with more fulfilment.
I think sharing our story as coaches also adds to our authenticity and makes us relatable in a genuine way based on lived experience not just theoretical textbook knowledge.

High quality training
The quality of the trainers and the course material is consistently high. Always came away from the training with lots of practical information, learning and opportunities for more research if you wish to. A great learning experience with TCA
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience learning with TCA. The course was structured so well. Great experience with like minded…
Great experience with like minded people. Participants at various stages of the course which proved to be invaluable. Sharing knowledge and experiences. The facilitator was knowledgable, kind and understanding. I enjoyed every minute, despite the heatwave, plenty of breaks throughout the day. I learned a lot.

The coaching academy often say, ‘trust the process’ and at the start of training it can be difficult to hold onto that. Even now and I’m 1/2 way through. However on days like this one they are a great reminder of how very true that sentence is.
So I’m personally going to use that as my anchor, ‘trust the process!’

A well balanced, energising session with the Coaching Academy!
the GR Live training session was fabulous. Sarah is a brilliant facilitator and the session struck the perfect balance between learning, interactivity, networking and coaching practice with other students. 3x 2hr sessions in one day should have been exhausting but instead were energising and really helped to build my confidence in my learning journey. The people are the best part of this Academy!
The best part of this Academy are the people working in it and for it, in particular its amazing trainers and teachers like Rachael Bushby, Sarah Bramall, Rachel Russell, and Pam Lidford, without mentioning their team of mentors like Antonio Esposito.
And then Mariya from the support team who spent endless hours with me over the phone to go through the program, the rules, how to make it work for me and my ADHD, and how to optimise the resources available.
I learnt so much from the personality and the direct lived coaching experience of all these talented individuals and I would recommend the Academy and the Life Coaching diploma to everyone who is in their early phase and wants to build some structure for their future clients, feeling guided with a specific framework, and having an officially recognised diploma that they can leverage also in the Corporate environment. Thanks to the entire team for making my career dream possible!!!

A highly valuable and thought-provoking…
A highly valuable and thought-provoking session.
There were several practical takeaways, particularly around supporting different thinking styles (e.g. encouraging doodling or fidgeting during meetings) and using reframing techniques to view situations from new perspectives.
The NLP Triangle model and the focus on values and beliefs were especially impactful and easily transferable across different contexts.
Overall, an insightful session that has positively influenced how I approach both personal and professional interactions.

Expansive DISC Behaviour integration
Advanced DISC Practitioner was a fabulous CPD event.
Sharon was full of enthusiasm and provided complimentary tools that can be used beyond the DISC profile to continue to raise awareness on behaviour.
I had many aha moments and have already used the tools which has enhanced the coaching conversations with many lightbulb moments for me & my clients.
If you're already using DISC and want to expand your thinking to support your employees/clients, teams and organisations then this is the programme you need
