I discovered That Gig on my Instagram feed and immediately ordered. The item was dispatched quickly and arrived a few days later. It was carefully packaged and the quality of the print was excellent. I’d also like to thank Melissa for the additional customer support. Recommended!

I don't like leaving negative reviews and its a shame as the products are nice and good quality but my issue is the customer service.

I ordered 3 for 2 set list posters for my Son's bedroom of concerts we'd been to. I ordered an Olly Murs poster with the correct date 2nd of May 2025 and they sent me Thursday 22nd of May which is the concert he cancelled half way through and not the one we were at and only has half the set list on it.

Ive contacted customer service on their live chat and nothing. Also requested a return and nothing. Its really disappointing as i only want an exchange and the correct poster sent to me.

Fab company exactly what I was looking for and great customer service. Would definitely use again in future. Bought a framed set list from a gig my daughter went to (obsessed with!) that isn't mainstream. Her favourite Christmas Present.

Sadly item arrived damaged, but within minutes of contacting That Gig, they responded with an apology and offer of replacement or refund.

Ordered poster framed, paid £31.90 3 weeks ago, parcel force says order has been returned to sender as address label was unreadable, I have emailed numerous times no answer! What do I do now!! It was a gift for my son from his Oasis gig….NOT HAPPY

Brilliant framed album covers spoilt packaging , box was badly damaged,ripped open, very weak packaging on this occasion, thankfully the goods inside remained undamaged

Ordered framed poster - arrived damaged. I have followed the process as indicated on the website for a replacement / refund but no response. Poor poor after sales and zero customer service. This was a memento for my daughter and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
