Top product, service and communication

I have dealt with Textile Town over the last few years and always found them professional in their manner and the quality of the product is excellent for the cost. There deliveries are always in the time they have committed to and when I require a quick turnaround they have been very accommodating. However, I only ever request a quick turnaround when it is really needed, I do not abuse their willingness to help when quick deliveries it is not genuinely needed.

We ordered a custom table runner, it turned up on time and was nice quality, but there was a mistake in the logo. Contacted the team, who quickly sorted a replacement to be sent out. The replacement is perfect, exactly what we ordered.

I had a bit of difficulty with getting the right affect for my logo, but textile town were fabulous I sent them the files they did a bit of tweaking and I had my perfect table banner. Delivery was quick too.
