The website to access you books is down and they are doing nothing to fix it. If you have to study for an exam and this crap is down .... what do you do. They are horrible. Not worth the money. Stay with paper books. I would give them 0 stars but that's not possible.

The website says that it requires you to allow access to all cookies. If you don't grant them that access, your ebook just sorta rots in the void. You're better off going to any other site. This is a surefire way to throw away your money.

I should have read the reviews here before buying the " "e.book" they claim to sell online. Their version is a BOOKSHELF version so you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR EBOOK AS PDF AND KEEP IT ON YOUR PC AND AS AN OPTION. YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED AN INTERNET CONECTION. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WASTED $ 45.00.

Poo poo what a horrable thing

The price was good and I was able to access the e-text early on. But, soon had to reset my password 20+ times. There is not 24 hour assistance. During an proctored exam tonight, where the textbook would be needed to be used, once again I was unable to access. This was a timed test, so spending time struggling to access the text was stressful. I gave up trying and failed that portion. I would NOT recommend! Very unreliable!!

I received my book in the mail quickly, and it was in great condition.

I have bought the ''sponsored e-book'' , which basically puts out a 30 secs ad made by textbookmedia, it is not annoying and I do not think it pops up heavily, I got the book immediately, they have some features :
-bookmark , highlight, add note, search by keywords
and they just launched their sponsor e-book,
I personally think that they are a great company, made for a great cause, and they are looking to improve, and it looks like 2021 is an important year for them, they are not amazon-e-books, but they will get better, you should probably give them a try!

Worst experience ever. I have two quizzes tonight and my textbook from another website hasn't been delivered yet so I bought the eTextbook version to read the chapters I need to. Turns out I paid $30 for nothing. I never received an access link for my book (like it said I would up to 30 minutes after purchase) and I've been waiting hours. The real kicker is that I can't even cancel my order or get my money back (as far as as I know). Don't waste your money here.

When My Son needed a book for His literature class, I was not ready to pay $90 for the textbook. I found the same book on textbooks.com for $15.
It was used, but like new.
The purchase was quick and easy, I recieved a tracking number and within a few days, it was at My front door. Thank You, I appreciate the affordable price and great Customer Service.

This website is a scam for the most part. I ordered an ebook because they said on their website that ebooks are delivered within an hour. They took my money and here I am 2 hours later. Not only did they not deliver the ebook to my email address, but my account on their website says I have no order history. I have a test tonight, so I have to buy the book from a real website. This website is a scam and I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from them AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This company is a joke. The software they use for you to read the ebook on your phone is a joke!! They only let you read on one device so you are not able to go between a computer and a phone or ipad. The software randomly jumps around and freezes. This all happens on the off chance that you are even able to access to ebook. Most of the time I can't even do that. I am told that I'm not logged in when I try to access the book (I WAS logged in) or I'm told that I need to accept cookies before I can read the book. I turned on cookies and it STILL won't work.

I called their customer service number less than a day after ordering the book because I was having so many problems. I was told that because I accessed the book, they would not offer any refund. They don't care how many problems I'm having and won't offer to help solve any of those problems. They tried to pawn me off to the publisher to fix the issues.

I'm super done with this company. This is my first semester of college. I have a LOT of textbooks to buy in the next few years and I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company again. If you're smart, you won't either. I have to buy the textbook AGAIN from a reputable company and am not happy to be out $55. This student already is pinching the pennies that this didn't help.

I found a great deal on this website and took a chance after reading the bad reviews because it seemed like most people with negative experiences just hadn't read the descriptions before buying or had a technical issue with an e-book. I'm glad I did! I ordered a new textbook and it shipped quickly and was packaged well. Would absolutely order again.

Bought an e-textbook for $40 (which was about $10-$20 cheaper than other places) but only had access for 30 days. They did not disclose this information until it expired. So now I have to reorder on Vitalsource for $50 (120-day access) since midterms are coming up. Moral of the story- check how long you have access for.

I found this option from a google search and was very hesitant to order from the bad reviews but with how much money I'd be saving I decided to try it out. Best decision I've ever made!

I have a homework assignment to do tonight and ordered the e-textbook from this site for $35 cheaper than the only other cheapest option I could find! I saved SO much money!

After ordering I was able to download my textbook right away (NO WAIT TIME!) and start working on my homework.

Major delay in sending what you buy as an ebook. Be aware of that if you're trying to buy the textbook during a zoom class. took 20-30 minutes to allow me to access the .pdf on their website AFTER the order

The worst best seller company ever, placed the order on 8/24/20 and didn't get the textbook for 9/14/20 now. I did sent several emails to follow up and I asked for refund and didn't get any reply, which make me paid and didn't get my textbook for my class. I was waiting for the textbook in urgent and my class have been started three weeks now, the worst service ever. I will never purchased the books again from this bookseller.

I ordered a textbook for my class 2 weeks I. Advance. It never arrived, said that it was the wrong address (it wasn’t). I never got the book for my class, or even notifications. I had to call and see why it didn’t arrive and the company offered no viable solutions for the massive inconvenience.

The book seemed cheap so i took a risk and glad i did! The book took about a week and a half but other than that it came in good condition.
