Surprisingly fast responds from provider. Small QoL improvements should be done, over all I feel satisfied with my interaction. UPD. Had to run in to another issue with them. Not so smooth.

Slowest turn around time in the industry. These people have the audacity to ask for very personal information to be sent over email to them, when my CC provider has verified the transaction via text with me. The worst part is that they take days to respond and the people that miss-out the most because of this ridiculous middle man are their client, in this case PearlAbyss.

wont use them again. asked for the same ID after saying it was accepted. money was processed but they say its been cancled. weeks later nothing. 50/50 these guys are scammers in there own way.

Terminal3 support team assisted me in requesting a refund as I couldn’t transfer my purchased bundle to the correct account. The refund has been approved and processed within one day. This is the best customer service better than any customer service

i got a little problem with verification for my account,so my payment was suspended and refounded,they helped me to solve all in like 40 minutes,also they was so damn nice and polte,with exaustive reply,i would highly recomend them
Site is Slow and Confusing
The site took several minutes to process credit card transaction and made no progress, even though I already received notification from my bank.
I closed it and tried to pay again. Fortunately it did record my previous payment which was found in help page and "put on hold" (which is exceptionally good). A few seconds after I sent my photo ID in payment verification, I received confirmation emails and found the purchased items on website (not terminal3), while both of the original webpage and the verification still look pending / unfinished.
Both of terminal3 and the game developer are at fault here, but there would have been no problem if they can process payment in a few seconds just like everyone else.
If you visit the site, be patient and don't close the window...
Slow to respond to issues
Slow to respond to issues, payment was processed via paypal, Black Desert told me is was a Paymentwall issue, Paymentwall told me it was a paypal issue, took Terminal3 2day to respond so i opened a dispute in paypal and they just ask you to close the dispute, not at anytime did anyone take responsibility nor offer an apology or explanation, they just point fingers.

A payment blocking service
In the world of current digital consumption ANY online marketplace should be doing all they can to make their customers shopping experience as smooth as possible, from a customer finding a product to the final order fulfillment/delivery. As such every time a customer has to stop or jump through any additional steps to purchase anything is a point of time where a customer may decide "I don't actually need this" or "This is too much work"
This is where, and why, Paymentwall (And their subsidiary Terminal 3) is a terrible platform for a payment processing service. To block customers and then ask for personal identification documents before the payment can proceed is basically asking for said customers to take their business elsewhere, which only hurts the companies that try and use this service.
Worse still it does this on-top of already used and trusted secure payment services like Paypal and major bank that already do 2 step verification to confirm that the customer is the one making the purchase.
My experience was running into this was when I was attempting to purchase in-game currency for an online game (Black Desert Online), of which the game's cashflow RELIES on the purchase of in-game currency. Thus I am curious how much money Pearl Abyss' has lost due after starting to use this service.
