Few things wrong. Staff had issues from the start! Rooms not functioning properly. Props already exposed as locking meconisum wasnt working. Asking for help was a real ball ache! They couldnt hear us.... Mehr ansehen

Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

What a mess
We arrived on time and waited for our drinks. 2 cokes, which were given in 2 plastic kids slush cups. The place was an absolute mess, food and glasses left everywhere. Clearly not enough staff on. Our lane was full of empty glasses and food trays. No one came to empty them. Customer's were all jammed waiting for their lanes to come available. We come tenpin regular and I must admit ive never seen it in such state.

We had problems booking online we were going through the process of booking a slot when the slot became unavailable. So we had to book 2 hours later. However the staff were able to move our booking to the time we had originally wanted.

The whole place was a mess
The whole place was a mess. It was untidy with glasses and rubbish on tables. No one seemed to care. At one point there were three female members of staff stood behind the bar laughing and joking. No one seemed to want to make any effort in tidying it up. The tables were dirty and there were glasses and rubbish on top of the bins

Great for bowling, not for food or arcade games
We took our 4 year old grandson for the first time. The bowling was great, having the ramp to hand and the ease of setting up with the bumpers made it a great experience. We also found it good value for money. Unfortunately we can't say the same for the food and the arcade activities. The food was not very good for the money it cost, very poor quality/poorly cooked. The cost of the arcade games is extortionate and the tickets for the prizes is an absolute joke! The amount of money you have to spend to the get the number of tickets you need just to get a tiny sweet is ridiculous! It really needs adjusting to make it fairer. We definitely won't be eating there again or using the arcades but we would use the bowling as our grandson really enjoyed it.

The kids really enjoyed their time…
The kids really enjoyed their time bowling. And then went into the soft play area.. Its a great place to visit as there are other activities to do while you are there, not just the bowling.

For kids of all ages
Always go here with the kids as there plenty to do. Looks so much better since the refurbishment and even more to do for kids of all ages. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Very dirty
Very dirty, not clean, the lane we have booked was full of rubbish on the seats , food on the floor and drinks on the side,
We have two problems with bowling and there was no staff round to help,
The Machine options did not all work to use,
The maintenance of the whole bowling area needs to be kept clean to a standard where families can use the area

Affordable and recommended
The staff members were friendly and helpful. The check in process was fast and easy. Price is very reasonable and my children had a wonderful time playing bowling for the first time.

Quick service, polite staff the only thing was we won a lot over 1000 tickets and didn't have any decent prizes either sweets or needed to win more tickets as the other prizes were over 1000 so not much choice

Waited over an hour for 2 jugs of juice…
Waited over an hour for 2 jugs of juice and one jug of Pepsi, and that was after complaining. Was told the printer for the orders wasn’t working, and they were busy but really put a damper on the experience when the kids are asking every 30 seconds where their drinks are as they’ve worked up a sweat in the soft play before bowling. Bathrooms were also very unclean, faeces on the seats and clogged toilets.
